The Incredible review units have been arriving to some of the big sites in the past week, and the embargo is now off. Here I've assembled a collection of the best available review posts and videos, so that you can get the full Incredible experience before committing to a pre-order.

Today Verizon finally made their newest superhero Android phone - the HTC Droid Incredible, available for preorder from VZW.com, a day after Best Buy opened up its own preorder site.
So why should you order online instead of buying it in a store where you can pick it up right away on the release date of April 29th?
Well, first of all, this monster of a phone which sports a blazing 1GHz Snapdragon processor and an 8MP camera, will cost you $299 and come with a $100 mail-in (this mail-in crap should die already - this is 2010 last time I checked) rebate in the store. Read More
We are all tired of waiting for Android 2.1 to finally officially land on the HTC Hero, or even get a definite day announced by anyone official.

In light of these "rumors", we found a new rumor of that we wanted to share, with smiles on our faces. Read More

An internal Sprint memo has surfaced showing a new early May release date for both HTC Hero and Samsung Moment Android phones, jonathan76888 on AndroidForums found out.
The memo looks quite legitimate and this time actually lists 2.1 as the update target, compared to the one from 3 weeks ago that referenced a "maintenance release" and promised an April 9th date (followed by rumors of April 16th, all false).
The wait is almost over, guys. Read More

The release follows the drama with Cyanogen and the Ultimate Droid ROM creator The BlackDroid, which you can read about here and here, which explains the note at the bottom of Cyanogen's announcement that reads

Verizon just posted a semi-official confirmation of the long awaited HTC Droid Incredible coming to their network on April 29th.
The announcement is semi-official because it was posted to their staging site, which is now password protected. A staging server is normally used for testing pages that are going to production but it didn't make it anywhere official yet, so things are still subject to change.
As a refresher, HTC Incredible's specs, leaked a few days ago, are as follows:
- 1GHz Snapdragon CPU
- 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi
- 8MP camera with autofocus
- 8GB internal storage
- 512MB ROM and 512MB RAM
- 3.7" WVGA 480×800 px OLED touch screen
- Sense UI
- 312 min talk time / 149 hours standby time
