An unbeatable price for this feature-packed robovac

Wyze has completely revolutionized what we expect from our smart home gear, keeping the quality consistent while bringing prices way, way down. Its first robot vacuum isn't quite as cheap as, say, the Cam v3, but it's still a value compared to similar offerings from Shark, Eufy, or iRobot. If you've had your eyes on Wyze's robovac, Walmart has it down to just $216.

Wyze has made its name in the US by offering competent smart home hardware for startlingly little money—$20 for a camera, $50 for a smart thermostat, and so on. The $250 Wyze Robot Vacuum is by far its most expensive product, but it's still cheap compared to the competition. This device sports full 3D mapping, scheduling, and it's got an app that isn't terrible. Most importantly, it does a very good job cleaning, assuming you don't mind a little noise. Unfortunately, you can't control this device with Google Assistant, but that's one of the few drawbacks.

Wyze now sells a super-cheap robot vacuum with LIDAR

It undercuts most of the competition at $199

Wyze has made a name for itself by selling smart home products at unusually-cheap prices, with varying success. The company started teasing a robot vacuum recently, and now the product is official. In typical Wyze fashion, it's also cheaper than most of its competitors. The aptly-named Wyze Robot Vacuum has all the usual features you would expect from an autonomous cleaner. It maps your home using an array of sensors, and cleans the floor with three configurable suction modes. You can also use the Wyze app to set schedules, check where it has vacuumed, and even set virtual boundaries.
