Get half off Samsung's newest wireless charger with one last Prime Early Access deal

If you just bought new Galaxy Buds or a Galaxy Watch, this is the best way to keep them charged

You might not realize just how convenient wireless charging is until you try it. No fumbling for wires at two in the morning, no waking up to dead phones because it didn't plug all the way in, just set it down, see the charging animation light up, and leave it to its business. To get the most out of it, though, you need a reliable charging pad with up-to-date components. For proud owners of any Samsung Galaxy S22 smartphone, the easy choice is Samsung's in-house charging pad. Luckily, a new one was just released this year in conjunction with the S22 series. Unluckily, it's usually pretty expensive — but until midnight PT, the Amazon Prime Early Access Sale will cut the cost almost in half.

We got our first proper look at the design of the Galaxy Note20 when Samsung itself accidentally (or otherwise) posted renders of a fetching bronze model on its Russian website last week. Now we're getting what is very likely our first glimpse of a real-life unit in photos posted to Twitter by @jimmyispromo.

If your phone has the appropriate slot, MicroSD cards are a convenient way to expand your device's internal memory or transfer files to another handset. They might seem expensive, but you can snatch a Sandisk 512GB card for less than $90 thanks to this deal.

Even if you're not a Prime customer, there are still some good deals to be found on Prime Day. Roku is discounting a bunch of products starting today, most notably its 4k Ultra box and Streaming Stick+, lowering the prices to $69.99 ($30 off) and $49.99 ($10 off) respectively in multiple shops, including its own online store.

Towards the end of last year, Netflix raised its prices in the US, with the most expensive option (Ultra HD, 4 screens) increasing from $11.99 to $13.99. In Europe, that top tier costs €13.99 (£9.99 in the UK). Thankfully, it doesn't look like Netflix is planning to hike its current subscription prices any further, but a new even higher tier could be on the way.

As with all devices formally announced today at Google's event (so far), we already knew about the Chromecast Ultra. The name and price was leaked two weeks ago, and not long after, the first images of the device appeared. After 30 million Chromecast devices have been sold, Google has formally announced the Chromecast Ultra.

This afternoon, Motorola's Punit Soni shared a post on Google+ to follow up on the company's earlier "more to share soon..." post. Soni's post pointed users toward Motorola Mobility's online upgrade checking interface, which tells users whether or not their Motorola device will be receiving any planned updates.

We have less than half a day left before the big Verizon triple-threat reveal of the new 2013 DROID family in New York City and San Francisco. The DROID Mini, DROID Ultra, and DROID MAXX should be worthy follow-ups to last year's DROID RAZR M, DROID RAZR HD, and DROID RAZR MAXX HD. In this post, I'm not going to talk about processor specs, RAM, or internal storage. Instead, I wanted to provide reliable information about these phones' batteries, along with the confirmations of wireless charging support built right into them. As a bonus, NFC and Wi-Fi details are also presented.

Just like its collection of new apps, the Play Store made a strong showing in the game department last month. From Ingress to Clay Jam, there were plenty of great new games to choose from in November. With games, as with apps, there are often too many to download and try each one. To that end, we've rounded up the top seven games every Android gamer will want to take a look at from November 2012.

Just the other day, we caught sight of a deal at Best Buy on a SanDisk Ultra 64GB microSD card. The class 6 card was a steal at $43. If you were hoping for something faster or cheaper though, Amazon's got a deal that brings you both – a 64GB SanDisk Ultra class 10 card for just $41.99. What's more, the card comes with its own SD adapter.

Cold Beam Games' Beat Hazard Ultra, the fascinating rhythm-based shooter we covered a few days ago, officially came out of beta and into the Play Store today, offering to bring with it all the bullets and enemies you can handle while you supply the music.

I'm not much of a case person. I was never very clumsy with my gadgets and didn't think the added bulk was a worthy trade-off for the added protection, especially in the day and age of ultra-durable plastics and Gorilla Glass screens. But on both fronts, that's changing; it's a lot harder to guarantee the safety of my gadgets when I've got kids (we're both likely to drop things) and there are some very sleek cases on the market. Enter the $20 Spigen Ultra Thin Air case for the One X.

Nearly two months ago, I reviewed the new SanDisk 64GB class 6 microSDXC (the XC stands for "eXtreme Capacity") card, and came away hugely impressed. Something the size of my pinky fingernail that can store 16 compressed 1080p BluRays, and outperforms my class 10 16GB card? Yes please.

Today's Amazon Goldbox deal is going to be welcomed by, well... pretty much everyone who uses products that utilize flash memory - specifically full-sized SD cards. That includes such Android tablets as the Toshiba Thrive, Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet, and ASUS Transformer TF101 (with dock), among others. Of course, once you look past Android, you can use these SD cards in cameras (both DSLR and P&S alike), computers, MP3 players, and many other gadgets.
