Adding to the heap of pre-MWC goodies we've seen lately, NEC decided to show off three of their new Android-powered phones today in Japan, and if nothing else, the devices look interesting.

The first thing that jumps out is the strange gizmo on the far left – it appears to have 2 displays back to back (when folded), and is labeled as the "best cloud device," hinting at easier cloud connectivity.

[Updated: More Specs] The World's New Thinnest Smartphone - The 6.7mm Fujitsu ES IS12F: Taking The 'Pretty' Out Of 'Pretty Thin'

If the Motorola Droid RAZR's 7.1mm frame (at its thinnest point, that is) just isn't thin enough for you, take a look at Fujitsu's latest offering in the Japanese consumer market, the ultra-thin (but not all that attractive) ES IS12F:

Left to right: DROID BIONIC, DROID HD

The DROID HD appears to be what the DROID X2 should have been - namely, much better in every respect. While it may have a qHD display (not confirmed - just presumed), in almost every other conceivable way, the HD looks like the Moto handset to have.

[Visualized] Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 Vs Motorola XOOM

If you've been following the Google I/O coverage today at all, you are probably aware that Google and Samsung gave out about 5,000 Galaxy Tab 10.1 units early to all conference attendees. I didn't take the XOOM with me to the conference to avoid carrying extra bulk, so I didn't have a chance to compare the 10.1 to it while doing the deep dive first look.

Now that I got home and put the two side-by-side...
