After all the drama, Terraria is coming to Stadia later this month

Terraria creator Andrew Spinks had a high-profile tiff with Google last month, citing a familiar problem: Google unexpectedly locking a personal account. It led to a highly public conversation on Google's lack of transparency, and a vow from Spinks to cancel the incipient release of the popular crafting game on Google's Stadia streaming platform. Spinks, development company Re-Logic, and Google managed to hash out the problem, confirming that the game was still on its way.

Stadia Pro adds six new games for November, including Sniper Elite 4 with exclusive HDR support

Stadia is almost a year old now, and though it still has a lot potential, it hasn't taken off in the way Google might have hoped. The company has started offering perks for recruiting new members in an effort to broaden the service's reach, but sometimes the best way to make gamers happy is just to add more games. Six new titles are joining the Pro party for November, including Sniper Elite 4 (with HDR support, exclusive to the Stadia version), The Gardens Between, and Hello Neighbor: Hide & Seek.

Google's Stadia Controller now works wirelessly with Android phones

When it began shipping last year, the Stadia Controller worked wirelessly on TVs hooked up to a Chromecast Ultra, but using it with any phone or laptop required it to be connected via USB-C cable, which doesn't make for the most comfortable gaming experience. Earlier this year, Google rolled out the ability to connect wirelessly via the Chrome browser, and starting today, users can now do it with any supported Android device as well.
