Android 10 rolling out to Samsung Galaxy S10 series (Update: S10 5G)

Samsung has been testing Android 10 on its Galaxy S10 series extensively, with one beta update chasing the other over the last few weeks. The company is apparently finally satisfied with the software, as it has just started rolling out the stable release with version 2.0 of One UI in tow. It looks like it's only coming to some people in Germany, but it can't take too long until it arrives at more customers.

Snapchat video calling is currently broken on phones with top right display cutouts

Snapchat never loved Android, although the company behind the social network promised to fix its slow and buggy app a long time ago. It even started rolling out a completely rewritten and supposedly better version this year, but many users still complain about the subpar quality compared to the experience on iOS. Now, we've come across a hilarious new bug in the app. People using phones with display cutouts on the top right, like the Samsung Galaxy S10+, can't properly end video calls since the "end call" button sits right behind the lost part of the screen.

Galaxy S10e leaks show off the size of the hole-punch and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor

The design of the Galaxy S10e is no secret thanks to press renders showing a very similar looking device to the S10 and S10+. It is expected to be a more affordable option to its siblings while offering a similar experience with an edge-to-edge display, despite marginally larger bezels.

A new image has surfaced that offers an up close and personal look at the display cutout that will be used to house the front-facing camera. Like the hole-punch or not, this is the approach Samsung has settled on for its 2019 answer to the notch. That is until it puts the camera in the S Pen or uses the under-panel sensor it previously demoed to eliminate any front-facing camera.

Samsung Galaxy S10, S10+, and S10e pass through FCC ahead of February 20 unveiling

All three upcoming devices in the Galaxy S lineup have stopped by the FCC as we approach the February 20 Unpacked event. Nevertheless, some rumored features can be confirmed.
