Most US models of the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge have received their Android 8.0 Oreo updates by now. AT&T got first place, with Verizon hot on its heels and Sprint coming in third. It's now the T-Mobile versions' turn, leaving the US unlocked model as the only major American S7 that hasn't received Oreo yet.

AT&T has become the first US carrier to roll Android 8.0 Oreo out to the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge. We'd thought it would be Verizon, but Big Red has now pulled its S7 Oreo changelog down twice. AT&T, however, is cutting to the chase by actually releasing the update and skipping this support page nonsense.

Despite being a year and a half old at this point, the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is still a great phone to pick up, depending on the price. David heaped praise on the device in his review, Rita did even more so in her second take, and Richard also had nice things to say about it in his long-term appraisal. We've teamed up with Daily Steals to give you the chance to buy a refurbished S7 Edge for just $285. That really is a steal, somebody call the Android Pol... oh wait, that's us.

We've seen plenty of deals on the Samsung Galaxy S7 lately, but not so much for the S7 edge. If you've been holding out for that model, you might be excited to see the international unlocked S7 edge for just $479 at B&H and eBay.

When the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge launched in March of last year, they received fantastic reviews. Everyone, including the notoriously-critical David, raved about their fantastic AMOLED displays, water resistance, more grown-up software, excellent cameras, and so much more. Virtually any and all niggles that the Galaxy S6 warranted were fixed in the latest iteration. The S7 edge, in particular, received extraordinarily high praise for its gorgeous curved screen and excellent battery life.

Out of the big four US carriers, three - AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile - have already pushed the Android 7.0 Nougat update to their versions of the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge. Now, though, Verizon is also sending out this long-awaited OS upgrade to its variants of Samsung's flagship.

For those of you T-Mobilites that don't dig the LG V20, I've got another deal for you to check out. The big LG plablet isn't the only phone that's currently on sale at Magenta Mobile, the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge are also marked down to the same killer low price of just $360. Yup, both are that price, no premium up-charge for the more svelte and curvaceous Edge.

Samsung isn't well-known in the Android community for delivering quick updates, but with the Galaxy S7-series of phones and Android 7.0 Nougat, the company hasn't done too poorly. Following a beta program that began in November, some models of the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge are now receiving official, non-beta builds of Nougat over the air.

Samsung is no stranger to coming up with unique colors for its smartphones - the S III came in Pebble Blue, the S6 edge debuted with Emerald Green, the Note5 and S6 edge+ launched with Silver Titanium, and the Note7 (RIP) brought us Coral Blue. Samsung has been steadily adding striking colors like Coral Blue and Pink Gold to the S7 edge, and the latest of these is Black Pearl. It's... black. Very black.

In the market for a new phone? If you're on AT&T, Sprint, or Verizon, Best Buy may have some deals worth looking at. Some of these offers can get a little confusing between all the different carriers and options, so try to hang on.

TWRP is by far the most popular custom recovery as of late. Flashing ROMs, backing up your device, managing files in a pinch - TWRP makes it all easy. The custom recovery has extended its reach to six more devices, three of which are from Samsung.

By now, you've probably already heard about several Note7s exploding due to battery issues. Due to this, Samsung issued a recall for all Galaxy Note7s, halted sales, and stopped shipments. As part of this global recall, Samsung has created a product exchange program for Note7 owners in the United States.

With the announcement of the Samsung Galaxy Note7 today, I'm sure many of you are curious about how the newest member of the original phablet phamily stacks up with some of the other jumbo-sized phones on the market. For your convenience, I've thrown together a quick spec comparison.

Looking to fancy up your Galaxy S7 and S7 edge, but having trouble navigating Samsung's less-than-perfect theme store (there really are a lot of bad themes in there)? Check out our latest video for five of our favorites with Facundo Holzmeister. You'll find links to each theme below the video!

Have you been trying to decide which phone to buy, but none of them are Batman enough? Then Samsung has just the product for you. In partnership with Warner Bros. Interactive, Samsung has announced the Galaxy S7 edge Injustice Edition.

It's always fun when the newest flagships start seeing their prices drop, but this deal on a brand new 32GB Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is not just a price drop–it's a steal. At $629, it's a full $150 less than the price you'd pay to T-Mobile or the like. You can get it a little cheaper on Amazon, at $752, but this deal is still over $120 better than that.
