How often do you like to change up your phone's look? You've got no shortage of options for sprucing up your wallpaper, considering how Google regularly includes new community-created wallpapers with Android updates, and third-party wallpaper apps regularly feature new content, too. There was a time, a decade ago, when I was obsessed with customizing my phone's homescreen down to the tiniest details. Wallpaper, icons, widgets, everything had to match to perfection, and each few days I'd spend several hours putting together a new style from scratch. I don't have that much free time or patience now, and my homescreen setup is as simple as it gets: two rows of folders and the Google search bar on the bottom, plus the Pixel widget on top. I just slap a new wallpaper every now and then and feel like I've achieved something. Google likes to celebrate special months and occasions in various ways across its apps — doodles in Search, new wallpapers, Easter eggs in Maps, etc... After releasing some rainbow-colored Pixel wallpapers for Pride in June, the company is now commemorating Black History Month in the same manner, though the collection is more limited this time around.

Google's official Wallpapers app doesn't get new version releases frequently, but that doesn't stop the content inside it from being updated on the server side. That's the case today, as dozens of new wallpapers have landed in multiple categories.
