The strategy board game 'Onitama' gets an Asmodee Digital release

Asmodee has been consistently sucking up a lot of properties in the board gaming world, and that has a few people worried since a single company owns so many great games. It most definitely has caused issues for smaller gaming shops that have trouble ordering their wares. But in the Android world, I have found little to be worried about as all of their digital translations have been fantastic. Not only are all of their games fairly monetized, but they also have a high level of polish that is difficult to match. Onitama is their latest game to be released on the Play Store, and it definitely holds to Asmodee's standards.

Glitch Dash is a brutally challenging auto-runner that demands quick and precise movement

David Marquardt's Glitch Dash is his third game released on the Play Store, and oh boy did he ever hit this one out of the park. Unlike most auto-runners, this is not a game for casuals. The difficulty is high, and it only gets higher the further you progress. Now I'm not saying this to scare away players as this is a beautiful running game that is a blast to play, but rest assured it will be quite a challenge to reach the end.

And the battle begins, Street Fighter IV Champion Edition is here

Street Fighter has had a bit of an odd history on mobile. Sure, there have been plenty of Street Fighter IV ports on iOS, but Android hasn't really seen any prominent releases outside of Japan. Well, today that all changes because Street Fighter IV Champion Edition is finally here. It may have taken 7 months for Capcom to port this from iOS to Android, but it would appear the wait was worth it as this is a full-on premium experience that can be purchased for the low low price of $4.99.

Crescent Moon Games' exploration-based sci-fi first-person shooter Morphite is finally available on the Play Store. And sure it may not have officially released yet, but a final beta is plenty good enough for me to give this a quick test run to let everyone know how it is shaping up.

Rez Infinite is out for Android, but it's Daydream only

Rez Infinite is a fantastic on-rails shooter that has recently released on Android for Daydream compatible devices. While it would have been great to see a regular release that could be played without the need for a Daydream VR headset, it's still nice to see this game is getting some attention by releasing on our platform.

Sega's 'Ristar' is the latest title added to the SEGA Forever game collection

Ristar is the latest game in Sega's back catalog to be released under the SEGA Forever classic games collection. While Ristar may not be as popular as some of the other classic Sega titles released recently, it just may be one of the best platformers you have never played. So hopefully this Android port holds up, as the original was quite a lot of fun.
