Meet the Fossil Collider Hybrid Smartwatch HR. Unlike Fossil’s previous hybrid watches that stuffed a handful of smart features (alerts, alarm clocks, and step counters) into otherwise analog-styled devices, the Fossil Collider takes its hybrid moniker a step further.
The first product to be released since all of that is the Steel HR Sport, another hybrid smartwatch with a small OLED display that can show your phone notifications, fitness data, and alarm settings, but this time it has more advanced activity tracking features.
We're pretty used to smartwatch battery life being a bit mediocre, with Android Wear watches barely lasting two days at the most, and other fitness-orientated watches going for maybe a month or two before needing a top-up. However, four new watches from Swedish company Kronaby can go for two years on a single charge before needing a new battery.
