[MWC 2012] Panasonic Unveils The ELUGA power For The European Market, Dares You To Make More Whale Jokes

When Panasonic announced the original ELUGA for the European smartphone market, we were a little underwhelmed. Today the ELUGA gets a new, awkwardly-capitalized older brother, the ELUGA power. True to its name, the device is considerably more powerful than its predecessor. Which is good, because this series needs all the help it can get.

Here's the rundown on the new hardware:

[Rumor] Samsung To Unveil An 11.6" 2560x1600px Tablet At Mobile World Congress In February 2012

Word from a "trusted source" at BGR is that Samsung is set to unveil a new tablet at MWC packing an 11.6" screen at 2560x1600. That's nearly twice as many pixels as 1080p in a dinky 11.6" package; thanks to a thinner bezel, said package is only slightly larger than the Galaxy Tab 10.1. Unsurprisingly, other specs are bumped up a notch as well, with the tablet reportedly equipped with a 2GHz dual-core Exynos 5250 CPU.

[New Game] Inertia Escape Velocity Is A Side-Scroller That Will Infuriate And Confuse You In The Greatest Way Possible

If there's one thing we love here at Android Police more than anything, it's puppies. That usually doesn't come into play here, though, so we often deal with our very close second favorite thing: Amazingly playable, gorgeously rendered, ingeniously designed games. New FCC Filing Hints At Samsung Galaxy S II LTE HD Coming To The USA

A phone with model name SHV-E120L recently passed through the FCC. Despite our initial excitement that it could be the Galaxy Nexus (née Prime),  it turned out to be none other than the Samsung Galaxy S II HD LTE, king of lengthy titles.

We originally saw this phone announced last month in Korea, where Samsung wowed with a spacious 4.65" screen, 1280 x 720 resolution, and disappointingly restricted geographical range.
