Google revealed today that Darksiders Genesis is the latest game to arrive on the Stadia game streaming platform, and you can pick it up today for $39.99. This is a hack and slash game where you'll explore the dark events that laid the foundation for the first game in the series, which makes this release a prequel. Not only does the Stadia release of Darksiders Genesis align with the release on PC, but this is also the first title in the franchise that includes 2-player co-op. You can also play solo if you wish, but clearly, it will be more fun battling hordes of demons and angels with your friends.
The Mighty Quest for Epic Loot was originally a free-to-play action role-playing game developed by Ubisoft Montreal for PC. After its release in 2015, the game only lasted a year before Ubisoft shut down its servers. Never a company to rest on its laurels, Ubisoft has seen fit to bring the game back for mobile devices, and it just landed on the Google Play Store as a new release.

Grimvalor is a popular mobile hack and slash platformer that was originally released on iOS at the end of 2018. On the Apple App Store the game is available with an upfront price, though the new early access Android release forgoes that style of monetization to offer the download and first act for free, and if you decide that you enjoy the game, you can unlock all five of its acts through a single in-app purchase priced at $6.99.

It also just landed on the Play Store and is already available for purchase if you'd like to try it out while it is still in testing. You can pick it up today for $4.99.
PlatinumGames is best known for their AAA console and PC titles, and they have apparently teamed up with DeNA to create an all-new hack-and-slash samurai game for mobile called World of Demons. An announcement trailer was released today, and some further details have been trickling out at a few of the major gaming websites. We can expect a release for Android sometime this summer, but it's sadly going to be free-to-play with in-app purchases. I guess Platinum couldn't pass up that sweet mobile cash, which is disheartening, to say the least.
It has definitely been a long time coming for this worldwide release. Over a month ago I wrote up a piece about Dynasty Warriors: Unleashed having had a soft launch in a few limited regions. Well, today gamers around the world can download the latest offering of this well-known slash 'em up franchise.
Starting today, users in Canada, Australia, the Philippines, and Indonesia can download the new Dynasty Warriors game on Android. The rest of us can either sideload or wait until the release is worldwide. We can't help with the waiting, but we've got an APK for you.

From the company that brought us Nun Attack and the action-packed followed-up Nun Attack: Run & Gun comes Lightbringer: Saviors of Raia, an entirely different property that bears zero resemblance to the aforementioned titles. This new IP is decidedly less casual, and its 4-player multiplayer hack and slash gameplay might just be enough to keep Diablo fans satisfied when they're away from their computers.
We have just a week to go before the sequel to 2011's Thor hits theaters, which makes this the perfect time to drop a movie tie-in game that cashes in on the hype. Gameloft's Thor: The Dark World places the god of thunder in a top-down dungeon crawler that looks not unlike the company's own Dungeon Hunter series, minus the multiplayer aspect. If you have an engine that works, why not use it, right?

While we published an exhaustive list of all the content currently availably for SHIELD yesterday, many of the more graphically intense titles were ports of games you may have completed years before. Blood Sword is a fresh piece of eye candy just raring to help you break in your new device.
That's not just any rabbit with a samurai sword on your Android device. That's Usagi Yojimbo from the classic comic book series created by Stan Sakai and currently published by Dark Horse Comics. Now you can finally step into Usagi Yojimbo's sandals and fight your way through 13 levels of comic book-style action.
Inotia 3, at it's core, is a story-driven RPG where you use a party made of six classes to confront your destiny, yadda yadda yadda. Along the way, you'll complete quests, World of Warcraft style, to appease villagers, get loot and become stronger. The game's main story is actually quite expansive; I haven't had the chance to play through the entire thing yet, but the developer touts 230+ quests, 130+ maps and enough quest text to let you get right deep into it.
