Google Play Books v5.1 adds audio quality and skip duration settings for audiobooks [APK Teardown]

Google Play Books adopted the latest iteration of the Google Material theme back in January, doing away with the colorful version that exemplified the original Material Design. This update doesn't have quite as many striking changes, but it does bring functional improvements and a little more customizability to some of the features. Most of the additions are focused on Audiobooks, but you'll also find new icons for the app shortcuts.

Google Play Movies v4.9 includes several subtle UI tweaks and prepares Watchlist price comparisons [APK Teardown]

While most of Google's core apps have gone through some pretty monumental changes in their adoption of Google's Material Theme, many of the other apps have been slower to take on a new look. [Update: New name official] Files Go is now just 'Files' in latest beta, updated with new Material Design [APK Download]

Better, if you're too impatient to wait for the update to land, you can download it early over at our sister site, APK Mirror.

Chrome recently turned 10 years old, which is quite difficult to believe as it seems like only yesterday I was fighting Internet Explorer on Windows XP.
