Alto's Odyssey slides onto the Play Store

Sure, there may have been a five-month gap in between the iOS and Android release, but Alto's Odyssey is finally here, and it was well worth the wait. Much like the original Alto's Adventure, this sequel is also a relaxing endless runner that contains a beautiful aesthetic and plenty of unique goals to complete.

The official launch of Nexon's latest MMORPG 'MapleStory M' is here

It may have been a long time coming, but Nexon's MapleStory M is finally here. For those that don't know, this is a mobile interpretation of the mainline PC MMORPG. In the past, we had received a few different mobile versions of MapleStory on Android, but they never quite stacked up to the original PC release and were subsequently shut down. MapleStory M is supposed to wipe the mobile slate clean by offering something a little more familiar to longtime fans.

Download some devils in Sega's new gacha JRPG 'Shin Megami Tensei Liberation Dx2'

Last month, the English version of Shin Megami Tensei Liberation Dx2 was listed on the Play Store for pre-registration. At the time, I assumed the official release would follow shortly, so it's not much of a surprise to see that it's available for download today. Fans of the Shin Megami Tensei series will be able to jump into an all-new story in the long-running post-apocalyptic adventure. So get ready to explore 3D dungeons as you collect a massive amount of demons in this new gacha JRPG from Sega.

Westworld Mobile is available on Android a day early

Westworld Mobile is available on Android a day early

On the 18th, the official Westworld Twitter account announced that the release for the Westworld Mobile game would take place on the 21st of June. A bunch of sites instantly jumped on this, but I refrained as it's painfully obvious very few publishers can actually hit their target date. In my experience the vast majority of mobile games tend to release a day or two early. In this particular case it would appear my insight paid off. Westworld Mobile is available right now on the Google Play Store, an entire day early.

ARK: Survival Evolved is here, so get ready to start taming your favorite prehistoric beasts

ARK: Survival Evolved is here, so get ready to start taming your favorite prehistoric beasts

Earlier this month Studio Wildcard announced that its hit dinosaur action-adventure game ARK: Survival Evolved would release for Android on June 14th, and as long as my eyes aren't deceiving me, it would appear that the studio has stayed true to its word. You can grab the dino adventure off of the Play Store right now. Just make sure you have a beefy device, as you will need at least 3 GB of RAM and 2.11 GB of free storage.

EVE: War of Ascension is on the Play Store, but you probably can't install it

EVE: War of Ascension is on the Play Store, but you probably can't install it

Last October PlayRaven and CCP Games announced an official EVE Online mobile game. At the time it was known as Project Aurora. In April of this year, Kongregate made it known that they would publish the game and that it would be called EVE: War of Ascension. Last week it was released on the Play Store, but there is one little problem, it would seem very few Android users can actually install it. Play Store user reviews have been trickling in since June 8th, and apparently they have been coming from players located in the Philippines, which should explain why so few can actually install this game right now.

[Update: Coming June 14th] Studio Wildcard has announced that 'ARK: Survival Evolved' is coming to Android this spring

[Update: Coming June 14th] Studio Wildcard has announced that 'ARK: Survival Evolved' is coming to Android this spring

Studio Wildcard's hit dinosaur-themed survival game ARK: Survival Evolved is coming to Android this spring, and you can pre-register for the release right now on playark.com. Interestingly this upcoming on-the-go version of ARK is being designed and developed by War Drum Studios as a free-to-play release. It's supposed to closely mirror the online survival experience contained in the PC and console versions, though there will be some necessary changes with the shift in monetization, which leaves me apprehensive as to how the finished product will turn out.

Some of you may already be familiar with Q-Games minimal swinging platformer PixelJunk Eden thanks to its well-received release on the PS3 back in 2008. Like the majority of PixelJunk games, it offers a minimal experience that exudes a beautiful art style, groovy tunes, and enjoyable gameplay. Ubisoft revives an aging series with the release of Might & Magic: Elemental Guardians, but it's just another ARPG auto-brawler

Ubisoft revives an aging series with the release of Might & Magic: Elemental Guardians, but it's just another ARPG auto-brawler

The Might & Magic series hasn't received a new entry since the 2014 release of Might & Magic X: Legacy on PC. Well, today that changes as Ubisoft have released a new action RPG on the Play Store called Might & Magic: Elemental Guardians. Even though this should be exciting news for all of you M&M fans out there, all the release really offers is just more of the same monotonous gameplay that can be found in the countless identical titles on the Play Store, such as Summoners War or Marvel Future Fight. That's right, Ubisoft has revived the Might & Magic brand just to slap its skin on some uninspired free-to-play auto-brawling RPG.
