It looks like eBay's Daily Deals feature may become the go-to source for Android tablet shopping - just last week they had the Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi for $100 off, and today, the Viewsonic gTablet has found its way onto the site for a mere $250 with free shipping.
This isn't the first time that the gTablet has made its way into our deals category, either - we've actually featured it a few different times when it was on Woot. Read More
Update Memorial Day: Well, Amazon prices didn't drop today. Our Amazon rep hasn't gotten back to us to confirm, but @AmazonWireless has tweeted that the "all 4G phones free" sale wasn't real, so I'm writing off the Amazon part of this sale as a hoax. :(
Deals - we got 'em. While Amazon is having their own Memorial Day Android handset sale over at Amazon Wireless, LetsTalk.com wasn't about to be outdone. Read More
The new myTouch 4G is around the corner, and today Wirefly was the first retailer on the web, from what I could tell, to launch preorders on 3 of the 4 color variants: black, white, and red.
The phone is available for $149.99 for new accounts and upgrades and $199.99 for family plans adding a new line.
As usual, Wirefly ships free (November 3rd) and doesn't charge tax in most states. Read More
HTC EVO 4G, our favorite 4.3 incher from Sprint, has revolutionized the mobile industry back in June. However, due to high demand and low stock, it was extremely hard to get at first, and when it did show up in stock, we were still looking at a $199 price tag. Sure, a $10 or $20 discount popped up here and there but no significant deals ever surfaced. Until now.
Amazon.com is offering a brand new EVO 4G for $99.99 to new customers signing up for a 2-year contract. Read More
Wirefly is notorious for its aggressive pricing when it comes to new phones, and we can't blame them: being an online-only seller, they need to offer something exciting to win customers over from the carriers themselves and other retail locations, such as Best Buy or Radioshack.
The T-Mobile G2 preorder deal that went live today is no exception - it beats out all competition:
- $149.99 for new accounts ($199.99 for existing ones).
LetsTalk.com, an A+ BBB accredited online mobile phone store, killed it earlier this month when they announced their prices on T-Mobile's Samsung Vibrant and Motorola Droid X, beating out all competition.
With AT&T's newly released Samsung Captivate (Vibrant's 3-day younger brother), LetsTalk.com has outdone everyone else yet again - this is the best deal on Captivate you'll be able to find anywhere, offline or online:
- free (as in $0), for both new accounts and upgrades, after $200 in instant discounts
- free shipping
- 2 year activation required, as usual

Wow, what a day. First, Wirefly.com announced a special price that was cheaper than Verizon's or Best Buy's, and now Amazon.com one-upped them and is currently offering the HTC Droid Incredible at $99!
That's $100 cheaper than VZW.com (which is currently sold out) or Best Buy, and comes with a FREE 2-day shipping when purchased with a service plan.
Moreover, Amazon traditionally doesn't charge any tax in most states. We are not sure whether they do on the phones or not so if someone could clarify that in the comments, it would be great. Read More
