April Fools' day is almost upon us, but each year at least a few companies are unable to restrain themselves, pushing out their pranks early as the remainder dribble out over the day itself. Google's various divisions do some decent work each year—last year's Google Gnome was itpretty good, and the Maps team's 2014 Pokemon prank was memorable. OnePlus even has a history of pulling off a decent prank. But, there are a ton of individual companies and gags to follow.

It can be tough keeping track, so let us handle the work while you enjoy the jokes.

DeviantArt. Is there anywhere else that you can find such a wretched hive of scum and villainy? Well yes, if we're talking about the Internet, there certainly is. But none of them have quite the same air of desperate hipness and needy self-approval as the long-running digital art gallery and quasi social network. Now if you'd like to browse through millions of pieces of user-submitted art or manage your own profile, you can do so with the official DeviantArt Android app.

I shouldn't judge. There is some legitimately amazing work on DeviantArt, and I only know about the site because I was an active member many, many moons ago.

[Designer Spotlight] Android vs Apple, Through The Eyes Of RougeCrown, A Digital Art Extraordinaire

Sorting through the multitude of great submissions to our 404 page design contest, I ran into the following excellent entry by someone named RougeCrown, also known as ~aoisora9x at Deviant Art:

Intrigued by his skills, I clicked through to his Deviant Art profile and found a stunning collection of 3D renders of Android and Apple, fighting to the death. I felt that being buried somewhere in the depths of the Deviant Art abyss was no proper way for these pictures to exist - they needed to be seen. By us. Now.
