Despite being a year and a half old at this point, the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is still a great phone to pick up, depending on the price. David heaped praise on the device in his review, Rita did even more so in her second take, and Richard also had nice things to say about it in his long-term appraisal. We've teamed up with Daily Steals to give you the chance to buy a refurbished S7 Edge for just $285. That really is a steal, somebody call the Android Pol... oh wait, that's us. Read More
If you're still rocking a phone with a dedicated headphone jack (you antiquated philistine, you) or just using an adapter, Best Buy has a great deal on a solid pair of audiophile-grade headphones. The retailer is offering the Sennheiser HD558, a common midrange pick for stereo hi-fi fans, for just $69.99. That's eighty bucks off Best Buy's retail price, which is actually below some of its competitors' street prices already. This is a Daily Deal, so it's good for today (March 20th) only. Read More
It isn't often that we issue a Deal Alert for a phone that still costs more than $500 after a discount, but thanks to AT&T's somewhat inflated pricing, this one qualifies. The carrier-branded version of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 flagship is being sold on eBay for $659.99 today. That's a bit more than $160 off of AT&T's off-contract price for the phone, and still $50 cheaper than the international version of the Note 4 on Amazon.
International readers, your eligibility for this deal is hit-or-miss. While the seller lists "worldwide shipping," it excludes "Africa, Asia, Middle East, Southeast Asia, [and] South America." If you manage to dodge those restrictions, make sure you also don't reside in Mexico, Ukraine, Greece, Cyprus, or the Czech Republic. Read More
At this point, it's likely that everyone who really wants a Nexus 5 already has one. But if by some chance you don't, an eBay seller is offering it at a small discount that could add up to significant savings. The Daily Deals page is selling the standard 16GB Nexus 5 for $339.99, $10 off of the price you get in the Google Play Store.
Maybe that doesn't seem like much, but add in the fact that you get free shipping and no sales tax if you live outside California, and the savings add up. If I bought one from the Play Store and had it shipped here to Texas, the tax and $10 shipping would make the total $383.22, more than $40 above this eBay price. Read More
Update: The Nexus 10 32GB is sold out at the reduced price. That's all there is, there isn't any more.
eBay certainly seems to like their Nexus tablets, not that we're complaining. After featuring the new Nexus 7 yesterday (and selling out rather quickly) they've repeated the Daily Deal on the Nexus 10 from exactly one week ago. That's $369.99 for a brand new 32GB Nexus 10, with free shipping to the United States.
This tablet is brand new, not refurbished as is so often featured on eBay Daily Deals. The price is $130 off the retail cost of a 32GB tablet, not to mention the savings on taxes in all states except Maryland. Read More
There may be a new Nexus 10 coming, but that doesn't make last year's Samsung tablet any less impressive. If you've had your eye on the 32GB version of Google's biggest, fanciest Nexus, eBay has a deal for you: $130 and just over 25% off the retail price. Yup, the 32GB Nexus 10 is on sale right now for $369.99, which is $30 cheaper than even the 16GB version in the Google Play Store.
This isn't a refurbished or restocked model, as often seen on the featured Daily Deals. According to the description, it's brand new and sealed. USPS economy shipping to the United States is free, but can be upgraded to better USPS packages or UPS second day air. Read More
Attention, husbands and boyfriends: unless your significant other explicitly states that she wants a red Samsung Galaxy Tab for Valentine's Day, do not rely solely on this deal to please her. Add some chocolate, roses, a spa treatment, et cetera to sweeten the pot. That said, this eBay Daily Deal from Adorama is pretty good, if you want a small tablet that isn't the Nexus 7. $179.99 will get you the Garnet Red Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 and a matching case, normally a $220 package.
As we stated earlier, there's no difference between this Garnet Red Galaxy Tab and its less flamboyant predecessor - you still get a somewhat dull 1024x600 screen, 1Ghz dual-core processor, 8GB of storage with a MicroSD card slot, and Android 4.1 with TouchWiz. Read More
If you've been considering grabbing a new tablet, there's little doubt that the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 has entered your line of sight at least once. If this ultra-thin tablet has become your heart's desire, then you should hop on today's Daily Deal from eBay, as you can score the 32GB version for $530 with free shipping, saving you $70 off the retail price.
The specs of the Tab are nothing to scoff at, either:
- 10.1 Inch 1280x800 display
- 1GHz dual-core Tegra 2 processor
- 1GB RAM
- 3MP rear shooter and a 2MP front camera
- 32GB of built-in storage
- Android 3.1 Honeycomb
As a Tab 10.1 owner myself, I can wholeheartedly recommend this deal to everyone out there - but if that's not enough, take a look at our review of the I/O unit and then take the unit for a test drive on Samsung's new Galaxy Tab simulator. Read More
It looks like eBay's Daily Deals feature may become the go-to source for Android tablet shopping - just last week they had the Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi for $100 off, and today, the Viewsonic gTablet has found its way onto the site for a mere $250 with free shipping.
This isn't the first time that the gTablet has made its way into our deals category, either - we've actually featured it a few different times when it was on Woot. This is, however, the lowest price that we've seen this dual-core tablet go for.
A quick spec reminder is probably in order, so here you go:
- 10.1 inch 1024x600 display
- 1GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual-core processor
- 512MB RAM
- 16GB storage with microSD card slot
- 1.3 MP front camera
- Android 2.2
Even though it's not rocking Honeycomb, I still say this tablet is absolutely worth $250 - but you better hurry, because this deal can come to a close at any time! Read More
