Chrome OS tests a feature that makes the new Share Hub menu a little more like your Android phone
Greetings from the world of tomorrow
Google's always working to improve Chrome OS, and sometimes that means bringing it features that have already hit Chrome on other platforms. One of the additions it's been working on is a centralized Sharing Hub with an easy-to-use menu for sharing content with applications and other people. Now users trying out that experimental feature can also enable a new copy-to-clipboard button.

Copy or share URLs across all of Android
Sharing is everything these days. Whether you're sending a list of your favorite restaurants to a friend from out of town or just passing along the latest viral story, having quick access to all of your links is essential. With Android 12, Google is looking to make it a little faster to reach and share links, no matter your browser of choice.
Part of the changes introduced with Chrome's Duet interface (previously known as Duplex) is a new search button in the bottom bar that lets you jump to the address bar and perform a Google search. But until now, it wasn't clear that you could start typing a new query immediately, as the URL was still there and highlighted. A new Chrome flag has been added to clarify things, plus make it easier to share or copy the current page's URL.
Chrome has at least 5 different ways for you to copy the URL of a page you are visiting. One of the most evident, though, has always been very inconsistent: long press. For a long time, tapping and holding on the address bar would sometimes select the entire URL and sometimes just randomly select part of the URL where you tapped. However, that is no longer the case.
