You can convert between units with just a few taps using Android's Smart Text Selection

We're not entirely sure when the feature rolled out, but Android's Smart Text Selection has picked up the ability to do unit conversions. It's not as seamless as it could be, since results are displayed in the Google app rather than your current view, but it is faster than manual copying and pasting to do the conversion in another app yourself.

[Review And Comparison] Seidio Surface, Convert, And Active Cases For The Galaxy Nexus

It's not much of a secret that I don't actually like cases for my devices. I appreciate the added protection, but I've found that most cases either hinder the device's overall use, deduct from the natural sleekness, or are just flat-out ugly.

Android Market Now Shows Application Prices In Your Native Currency

Android Market Now Shows Application Prices In Your Native Currency

Today, Google flipped the switch on paid app purchases in more countries, such as India, Sweden, and Denmark, just as promised, and with that came another subtle, yet important, change. Instead of showing prices in developers' native currencies, all application prices are now converted on the fly into your own currency.

Here's what the Market looks like for me in the US now - notice the tilde (~) symbol next to converted prices:
