Dead Zebra's new Halloween collectible is coming for your mail

Delivery subsystem errors have never been so cute

Dead Zebra has added to its selection of delightful Droid figurines for Halloween, with its newly realized terror of the mail delivery subsystem: the Mailer Daemon. The company has delivered an untold number of its iconic bugdroid interpretations to fans through its releases, previously dropping collectibles for Christmas, Chinese New Year, and Oktoberfest. Earlier this year, Dead Zebra even presented an exceptionally cool upgraded Standard Edition bugdroid, dropping a Dark Theme Edition alongside it for low-light purists.

Time is of the essence, as these figures are on sale now for $12. If past sales are any indication, you have a few hours, at most, to add one of these Lunar New Year figures to your collection. Ready your wallet and follow the link below to get one for yourself.

No self-respecting Android fan's workspace is complete without a Bugdroid mini or two (or three, or eleven), so we're always on the lookout to grow our collection with the latest collectible from Andrew Bell's Dead Zebra. Today Bell revealed the next mini to join the DZ lineup, announcing the limited-edition French chef.

"There is no internet connection." Are there any more terrifying words in the English language? Okay, yes, lots of them. Still, losing internet access is no laughing matter in this hyper-connected age. What are you supposed to do without the internet? Read a book. Psh, not likely. Chrome's dinosaur error page has been with us for a long time, helping to calm nerves during those periods of disconnection. Starting next week, you can have the Chrome dino on your desk all the time with these Dead Zebra figurines.

As is tradition, Dead Zebra is ringing in the upcoming Chinese New Year with an appropriate mini bugdroid figurine, shaped like a pretty cute, Androidesque pig. And, technically, there are two figurines: 1 in 10 purchasers will receive an even more limited edition Gold colored one, rather than your more standard (and perhaps cuter) pink bugdroid pig.

The Android faithful will know that Andrew Bell's Dead Zebra has long made various Android vinyl figures. They look like businessmen, skeletons, astronauts, and all kinds of neat stuff. Never before has there been a holiday ornament version, though. Dead Zebra will sell you a special edition Android mini ornament tomorrow (December 12).

The Dead Zebra Android Minis have been a fixture of the Android community since the early days. There have been numerous blind box sets, as well as special editions to commemorate events or locations. There's a new special edition set today, and it's aimed at the pet lovers out there.

Andrew Bell and Dead Zebra have been making Android mini collectibles for a long time. We've had hot dog bugdroids, panda bugdroids, and even Nexus bugdroids. Tomorrow, there's a new special edition Android mini launching in celebration of Oktoberfest. It's an Android drinking beer, which makes sense. You can even get a mug with your Android so you can have some beer, too.

Designer Andrew Bell has something tasty to share this summer—a new special edition Android mini is live on the Dead Zebra store. The new watermelon Android mini is available for order right now, but it'll only be on sale for a limited time. There's also a new Android logo enamel pin. That's neat, but that watermelon, guys.

Serious Android fans usually have at least one of the Android mini collectibles from Dead Zebra sitting around. I myself have an embarrassing number of them on my desk. Now there's another to add to your collection, and you better hurry up. The new Golden Rooster is a limited edition figure celebrating the Chinese New Year. If you're on the fence, let me just point out that the Golden Rooster has wings.

Maybe you've already got a small army of Android minis on your desk, courtesy of Dead Zebra. There's a new special edition Android collectible you may very well want to add to your collection. The summer 2016 Android mini is actually a combo pack with a bear and a smaller scout Android that totally isn't going to get eaten.

Dead Zebra makes all those neat little Android minis you see floating around. They're usually available for a very limited time when new sets and special editions are released, but you might want to make sure you're on time for the next release. To celebrate Chinese New Year on February 8th, a special "Red Pocket" Android mini will go on sale, and two of them entitle the buyer to a real gold coin as a prize.

What good is an adorable mascot if you're not going to make figurines out of it? Designer Andrew Bell has created numerous adaptations of Android's bugdroid (produced by Dyzplastic), and now his latest series is available from Dead Zebra, Inc.

The fifth series of Android mini collectibles from Dead Zebra is just around the corner, and the first preview is now live on Dead Zebra's site. Andrew Bell and company have some fun stuff this year, including an Android policeman. It's not technically connected with Android Police, but I'm going to pretend it is. Just add an AP logo and you're golden.
