Satechi launches 75W charging hub with two USB-C PD ports, plus more compact 30W travel charger

USB-C is becoming more and more ubiquitous these days, and while there's always a bit of confusion about compatibility, what's supported what isn't, and that new DRM-like authentication program, things have been mostly moving in the right direction. Options for chargers, cables, and other accessories are more varied now, and prices are dropping down.

However, if you own a few USB-C devices, you may have noticed something: multi-port chargers often have just one USB-C output, with the rest being USB-A. With the exception of Aukey's 36W dual USB-C PD, I can't find anything from Anker, Ravpower, or other known brands, despite doing this search every few weeks.

When it comes to massive trade shows like CES, many companies feel the need to get extravagant with booth installations just to stand out from the crowd. Case in point: Google set up a musical, Small World-style ride for Assistant that is the very definition of over-the-top. Asus Chromebook Flip C434 is the first Chromebook worth waiting for in 2019

The Asus Flip 302 has been a very popular Chromebook, but it's no spring chicken anymore. It's time for something new, and Asus is at CES 2019 to oblige. The Chromebook Flip C434 is the successor to the 302, and like that laptop, it has a 360-degree hinge so you can fold it over for tablet or tent usage. The specs are slightly improved with 8th gen Core processors and 8GB of RAM, too. It also looks a bit spiffier, and Asus has kept the price under $600.

Google Assistant is coming to the Sonos One and Beam, with older models to follow

I think it's fair to say that we've seen some questionably useful Google Assistant integrations this CES, and will no doubt see a great many more in the near future. That's why it's a special occasion when a heavily-demanded, long-due integration is announced, as is the case with Google Assistant for the Sonos One and Sonos Beam.
