The days of phones with hardware keyboards might be mostly behind us, but there is a steadfast bunch that sticks to their desire for increased tactile feedback, and BlackBerry continues to oblige their interests. The much-anticipated KEY2 is one way the thumb-board warriors can get their fix without resorting to antique hardware, and they'll be glad to know their clicky-keyed savior is coming to the US on July 13th. For the impatient, presales open early on June 29th. Read More
If you're still nostalgic for the good times when BlackBerry's physical keyboards were all the rage, the last vestige of this dying form factor is the BlackBerry KEYone, which was announced at MWC early this year. Despite its flaws, Jordan found a lot to like in his review of the device so it could be worth a go at a decent price. Read More
We owe many thanks to Best Buy for outing the details of several products a bit before their time. It seems the retailer is at it again with a posting of the Moto 360, including a price and most of the product specs. At some time in the near future, $250 will be all that stands in the way of picking up Motorola's brand new wearable. Unfortunately, it's just listed as "Coming Soon" without any release date. We'll probably have to wait for September 4th to find out when we can pick up one of our own.
As far as the tech specs, most of them aren't particularly surprising, and many of them were already known. Read More
If you missed out on November's Chromecast deals but still want to pick up the mighty-yet-inexpensive streaming accessory, good news - Best Buy is once again offering the Chromecast for just $29.99, about five dollars (and one cent) off its normal super-affordable price of $35. What's more, BB will give you free shipping, available for delivery by the 24th.
It doesn't appear that the previous deal's Google Play credit offer applies this time around, but saving five bucks is always nice. Hit the link below to take advantage of the deal.

The new Nexus 7, which has already been fully revealed and benchmarked earlier today, just popped up on BestBuy.com for pre-order in both 16 and 32 GB capacities. As expected, the refreshed 2013 N7 runs:
- Android 4.3 Jelly Bean (you can read about some of the new Android 4.3 features here)
- Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro @ 1.5GHz processor with Adreno 320 GPU
- 2GB DDR3 RAM
- 7" 1920x1200 IPS display with antifingerprint and scratch-resistant glass
- 16/32GB internal storage
- 5MP rear and 1.2MP front-facing cameras
- BT 4.0
- Notification LED
- No SD card (did you really expect one?)
- 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi
- Qi wireless charging-compatible
- 3,950 mAh battery (up to 9 hours of active use)
- 7.9" x 4.5" x 0.3"
Wireless charging isn't mentioned, so I'm becoming less and less convinced it's capable of such a feat. Read More
Since Verizon still wouldn't officially give up the upcoming Droid Bionic's release date, all we've had to chew on so far were rumors of the September 8th release date here and there (the latter was then discredited as an unofficial account by VZW, so it really has no credibility anymore).
To throw another rumor into the fire, one that seems to corroborate all the previous rumors, today the folks at Droid Attic dug up what seems to be an image of Best Buy's internal system showing the Bionic in stock on September 7th. While that doesn't necessarily mean it will go on sale right away, the dates line up quite well for the perfect storm on the 8th. Read More
It looks like HTC is on top of its game when it comes to accessories for upcoming devices: the dock for the HTC EVO 3D showed up in coming-soon-status at BestBuy.com last night, and now an ever-so-sexy dock for the Flyer has made an appearance there, as well.
It offers everything that you would expect from a dock: it keeps your device charged, makes turning your $500 piece of hardware into a $20 alarm clock a snap, and supports the MHL adapter via its rear port, so you can easily stream videos (or anything else you may want to stream) to your HDTV - all while looking good doing it. This was unexpected - Best Buy is offering exclusive preorders on a white version of the HTC EVO 4G, scheduled to arrive in Best Buy stores on July 11th. The white version is going to have the same specs and price of $199 on a 2-year contract. As usual, a $50 deposit in the form of a Best Buy gift card is required.
I am not sure personally that I would like the white version over the black one, but I guess some people expressed desire for one.
How about you guys? Which color do you prefer?
Barnes & Nobles Nook - one of the better eReaders out there and a direct competitor to Amazon's Kindle lineup, is now available for order on Bestbuy.com and 1,070 brick and mortar Best Buy stores.
Previously, you could only order the Nook from Barnes & Nobles stores and website.
The price still sits at $259 but those Nook seekers who are Best Buy Rewards members or don't have B&N stores locally will find this announcement helpful.
Note that Store Pickup is not available if you order online yet, so head over to your local store if you want to play around with the Nook and hold it in your hands before making the final decision. Read More
