The Arlo Pro 2 may be two years old, but it's still one of the better wireless camera options out there. We called it the best wireless camera in our 2018 review, noting its stellar battery life in particular. Last week we shared a great deal at Amazon where you could pick up a 2-camera kit for $200, but if you've already got Arlo's base station and just want another camera or two, you can now pick up discounted add-on Arlo Pro 2 cams for just $93 each.

It's important to make sure your home is secure, but that can prove costly. Arlo is one of the better choices these days when it comes to wireless cameras, but its models often come in on the expensive side. We called the Arlo 2 Pro the best wireless camera you could buy back in 2018, and right now, Amazon has a two-camera kit with the Arlo 2 Pro on sale for just $199.

Arlo's wireless security systems have emerged as one of the more popular choices on the market, but their high price may have prevented many customers from giving them serious consideration. Starting today, Best Buy is offering a massive discount on the Arlo Pro 2 two-pack with Audio Doorbell, all for only $250, $200 less than usual.

Arlo wireless cameras are known for their reliability, but their relatively high cost can be a roadblock. Thankfully, both two and three-camera bundles are marked down to $316 and $440, respectively, which is about 35% off their MSRP.

At the age of 4K screens and videos, 720p cameras almost seem outdated. Despite a lower image quality, they're still perfectly capable and way better than old-school CCTV systems. However, as new products with sharper pictures come out, the price of first-gen Arlo Pro cameras keeps dropping and has hit one of the lowest it's ever been, with a three-pack selling for $300, instead the $580 MSRP.

Happy Monday, dear readers. As always, we've got a handful of fine deals to make the nascent workweek more palatable. Here you'll find discounts on Arlo Pro security cameras and Sensibo Sky smart A/C controllers, as well as a handful of Bluetooth audio gadgets and a 4K Roku streamer.

Arlo is set to launch the 4K Arlo Ultra in the coming weeks, so its older cameras are coming down in price. The Arlo Pro system has been dropping exceptionally fast as it's about to be two generations old. It's still plenty capable, though. You can get the two-camera system for a mere $229.99 right now. That's the cheapest we've ever seen it.The Arlo Pro cameras are 720p—the Pro 2 increased the resolution to 1080p. They're completely wireless, and the batteries last a few months on a charge. So, you can mount the cameras anyplace you want, so long as they're within range of the dedicated wireless hub. That needs to be wired into your router. We've seen the Arlo Pro go on sale plenty of times, but $229.99 is the lowest it's ever been. In December, it got as low as $259.99. Unlike other security cameras, the Arlo Pro is usable without a monthly fee. You'll get a week of cloud video storage in the free account, but $10 per month gets you a month with support for up to 10 cameras. There's also a USB port on the hub that can back up all your videos locally.Buy: Amazon

Keeping a watchful eye on all areas of your home can be hard when power outlets aren't always available. There are battery-powered security cameras to help with that, and the best we've ever tested are the Arlo Pros. The first-gen Arlo Pro is on sale right now—the two-pack is about $275, which is the lowest price yet.The Arlo Pro cameras have a rechargeable battery that lasts several months, but actual longevity depends on how much movement it sees. Your footage gets uploaded to the cloud and saved for one week free of charge. The system's dedicated wireless camera hub also has USB ports so you can save every video captured by the system. The Arlo Pro 2 moved from 720p to 1080p, but the video is a bit darker. Depending on where you want to put the cameras, the first-gen might be better for you.Arlos come in various multi-camera packs, but the base model first-gen started at more than $400. It hasn't sold for that much in months, but the current $274.99 price tag is still about $75 down where it was a few weeks ago. The sale is valid at Walmart, Best Buy, and Amazon.

Cyber Monday deals continue, and one of the hotter discounts currently available is for Arlo Pro and Pro 2 cameras. Whether you're after combination kit, an upgrade, or just one more camera to cover a specific spot, you can snag some sizable discounts for both generations at retailers including Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, and Costco.Prices on the OG Arlo Pro products are dropping like rocks. Back in May, we considered it a good price to get a 3-pack for $400, and now you can get it for 25% less at places like Costco. Amazon even had it on discount earlier today, but it didn't last long at that price. If it's your first time considering an internet-connected surveillance system, check out our impressions for both the Arlo Pro and the Arlo Pro 2. Keep in mind, Arlo recently got a bit of additional software functionality to its Smart plans, and more features are coming soon.Discounts are enumerated and categorized below:

Arlo's Pro cameras are wireless, weather-resistant ways to kit out your home with smart security cameras, but they're a bit on the expensive side. For some perspective now the Arlo Pro 2 5-pack is a hair under $1,000 over at Amazon. But if you're a Costco member, right now you can pick up that five-camera bundle for 0, and Woot has refurbished three-, four-, and five-camera kits for $200-300.Costco is advertising the $700 deal as being $100 off its $800 price, but for some reason, Amazon's pricing for the same set has held steady at or around $1,000 for quite a while, so the savings could be even greater.

Wireless home security is a neat market, with plenty of offerings from many good companies. There's a nice deal on one of the more popular options, Netgear's Arlo brand. The Pro 3-pack is currently on sale for $399.99, an all-time low. This means that you'll save $180 on the bundle, which is nothing to scoff at.Bear in mind that this deal relates to the Arlo Pro, not the Pro 2. That means that you'll get 720p instead of 1080p, but that's still plenty for a security camera. Arlo works with Alexa, Assistant, SmartThings, and IFTTT (and more), so you have a myriad of options for smart home control. Each of the cameras is weather-resistant, so they're good for indoors or out. The batteries support fast charging and you also get two-way audio for communications. Netgear also throws in seven rolling days of free cloud storage for your footage, so you can scroll back over a week's worth, even from outside your network. You can grab this bundle over on Amazon at the source link below — it's the best price we've seen on this 3-pack yet.Source: Amazon

Most smart cameras require a wired power source. Oftentimes, though, getting a power source to a camera mounted anywhere outside just isn't practical. That's where Netgear's fully wireless Arlo Pro cameras come in. QVC is currently offering a two-pack for just $279.96, a substantial discount from its usual $419.99 price. Each Arlo Pro has 720p recording, 8x digital zoom, and infrared night vision. The battery (remember, these are wireless) lasts for six months on a charge, which is pretty impressive. Both cameras will have to be in range of the Arlo Hub inside. The free tier of Netgear's subscription plan offers seven days of online storage, and they can be saved locally through a USB drive. The cameras can be mounted either with their built-in feet or with the included wall mounts.QVC is offering a two-pack for $279.96, which is the lowest price we've seen for these. For reference, Amazon offers a refurbished version for 8 and a new set (like what's offered here) for 0. Shipping is free. If you don't yet have any smart security cameras in your house, these are a great option.Source: QVC

We've covered Netgear's Arlo products on the site for a while. Back in January, Ryan reviewed the original Arlo Pro, and he came away mostly impressed. Now you can get the Arlo Pro with one camera for $50 off, and the Pro with two cameras for $70 off.If you're not familiar with it, the Arlo Pro is a completely wireless home security solution. Each camera has a 720p 130-degree lens with infrared night vision, weather resistance, and motion detection. They should last for months on a single charge too, so you don't have to worry about constantly replacing the batteries. Netgear will keep seven days of motion and/or audio triggered recordings in the cloud for free, and you can even connect a USB drive to the base station for local storage.Keep in mind that these are original Arlo Pro cameras, so they are 720p, as opposed to the newer 1080p ones. You can find the discounted kits at the links below.

Keeping an eye on your home or office while away can be an expensive proposition, especially if you need more than one camera. The Arlo Pro camera system is one of our favorites, but the 4-pack usually costs a whopping $650. Today, it'll run you a more reasonable $499.99 at Best Buy.The Arlo Pro 4-pack includes four cameras (duh) as well as the dedicated hub. The hub must be wired to your router, but the cameras themselves are completely wireless. The batteries hold a charge for months at a time, too. These are the previous generation cameras, but the new Arlo Pro 2 cameras have some early issues anyway. These cameras record in 720p and you get a week of online video storage for free. Most cameras include just a day or two, if you get any at all. Longer storage plans are available, but you can also just use the hub to back up all your video to a USB device.

Netgear has long been known for its networking and storage products, but the Arlo camera division is becoming a force to be reckoned with in its own right. The company saw good results from the release of Arlo Pro last year, and it's following that up with a second generation. The Arlo Pro 2 is going on sale now, and it's a bit more expensive than the previous Arlo Pro. The added cost gets you a resolution bump to 1080p, support for extra wired capabilities, and more.At a glance, the Arlo Pro 2 looks almost like the old camera, and even on closer inspection, they're virtually identical. Arlo Pro 2 is a completely wireless camera like the first-gen, but you get several new video capabilities. Most importantly, the new camera has 1080p video output (130-degree field of view) instead of 720p like the last one. The previous Arlo had a sensor capable of 1080p, but Netgear says it's made sure the new camera has the power to record and process 1080p video without overheating. Like last year's Arlo Pro, this camera can operate for months without a recharge. One of the main selling points of Arlo security cameras is that you don't need to plug them into power. However, Arlo Pro 2 is designed to operate in either wired or wireless mode. If you have the camera plugged in, it's able to do some extra things like record 24/7 video (with the applicable subscription plan). There's also the new "Look back" feature. The camera basically keeps recording a small buffer of video all the time while plugged in. If it detects motion, it can save that buffered video so you get a longer clip that might show more of what happened. Custom activity zones work with the wired Arlo Pro 2 as well. Arlo's beta smart alerts feature is still just in beta, though.Arlo has Alexa integration with its cameras, so you can pull up the video feed on an Echo Show or Fire TV device with a voice command. The company is working on Assistant integration in the form of voice commands to control your cameras, but video streaming via Assistant is not happening yet. The version shown off by Google and Nest at the recent event was only just made available to partners, so it'll take a while.Arlo Pro 2 can be purchased as an add-on camera for those currently using Arlo systems. The hub is unchanged from the last-gen product, so you can be up and running at 1080p in a few minutes. The camera by itself is $219.99, about $40 more than the Arlo Pro. A kit with the required wireless hub and two Arlo Pro 2 cameras will run you $479.99, and the larger 4-camera kit is $799.99. Remember, you can mix and match Arlo Pro cameras, so those 720p cams won't go to waste. Arlo cameras have 7 days of video storage, but you can subscribe to a $10 monthly plan for 30 days of storage on as many as 10 cameras. Arlo Pro 2 is available from ArloBest Buy, Amazon, and other retailers.

Keeping an eye on your humble abode is something many companies are happy to help you with these days, but most of the WiFi security cameras out there require a power source. Not Arlo Pro, which has a rechargeable battery that's good for around six months. These cameras cost a pretty penny, but the two-pack is currently on sale for $336.62 on Amazon.Arlo Pro works indoors or outdoors, but you'll have to find a place inside for the Arlo Hub. That's what runs the dedicated low-power WiFi network that the cameras connect to. One upshot, the hub has USB ports that support removable storage. The Free Arlo plan includes 7 days of online storage, but your videos can be saved forever locally on a USB drive.

There are plenty of great home security systems on the market, but most of them are pretty costly. If you're looking for a (relatively) less expensive option, we've got just the deal for you. Now you can get the 3-camera Arlo Pro security system for just $450 ($130 off), as long as you have Amazon Prime. The Arlo Pro's main selling point is that the cameras are wireless and weatherproof, so they're great if you need to record footage outdoors or don't have outlets in convenient places. The system stores the past seven days of recordings in the cloud for free, and as you might expect, you can stream a live feed to your phone or tablet. If you're thinking about buying this, I recommend reading our review first. Keep in mind that some of the software issues in that review, especially with the mobile app, may have been fixed by now.Source: Amazon

Security cameras continue to gather more and more sales. Amazon still leads the way with today's deal — the Arlo Pro 3-pack, which includes the siren and three cameras, is going for $499.99 right now. Normally, this would cost you $579.99, but you can save a nice $80 sum.The base bundle with a single camera and siren is $227.50 (normally $249.99) on its own with each additional unit running you $169.99 each. I am no mathematician, but my guess is that this 3-pack is quite a bit cheaper. So if you think you'll need three cameras, then hop on this one.For a refresher, the Arlo Pro made several enhancements to its predecessor, such as lasting six months on a charge and using machine learning and motion tracking to detect specific objects. You can check out Ryan's review here if you're interested in learning more. The cameras themselves seem pretty durable, so this could be a very sound investment for you. Consumer security cameras have become a huge product category in the last couple year with the likes of Google, FLIR, and Logitech taking a swing at home monitoring. Your options are greatly reduced if you need a camera that operates for long stretches on battery or in the great outdoors. This is something Netgear has attempted to address with its Arlo security cameras. The new Arlo Pro adds a few features to the lineup, bringing it to parity with standard wired cameras. However, the wireless aspect means you'll have to make some compromises.

Security cameras sure aren't cheap, especially the "smart" ones we see popping up all over the place these days. Luckily, we can usually count on sales to lessen the monetary blow to our bank accounts, even if it's just a little. Here we have Amazon offering the 2-pack of the Arlo Pro cameras with the siren for $374.98, a savings of $45.01.The single camera and siren bundle is $249.99 on its own, and each additional camera will run you $189.99. So the full price for the 2-pack saves you roughly $20. With this deal saving you another $45... well, I won't insult your arithmetic skills. Essentially, this makes the sale even sweeter. The Arlo Pro made some improvements on its predecessor when it was released in October. Most notably, the Pro can last six months on a charge. Video and audio feeds can be recorded to a local hard drive or USB stick on your network in addition to the cloud backup that is included with your purchase. Also, the Pro uses some machine learning to allegedly detect specific objects via motion tracking while ignoring mundane things like cars and animals. There's a companion Android app that you can use for monitoring and control, which is highly recommended. The cameras themselves seem pretty durable, so if home security is a concern for you, this might be a good investment.Source: Amazon
