I love NFC. In fact, I use it every single day and can't imagine going back to life without it. Since I'm running CyanogenMod 10 on both my tablet and phone, I take full advantage of the profiles feature, which allows custom settings for various situations like work, home, night, and more, each of which can be activated (and de-activated) via NFC.

Turntable.fm App Updated, Fixes The Annoying 'System Volume Mute' Bug And Lets You Login With Your Turntable Account

If you've used the official turntable.fm app, then you've probably noticed a couple of different things: firstly, it's awesome. Kicking it in a room and spinning tracks with your homies from your mobile is just rad, and the experience is very similar to that of its desktop counterpart.

Twitter For Android Updated To Version 3.3 - New Push Notification Options, Expanded Tweet Support, And More

Twitter for Android had been updated to version 3.3, adding support for Twitter's new "expanded tweet" feature, as well as account-specific push notifications. You can now select any account you're following, and using the drop down menu, choose to receive push notifications whenever that account makes a new tweet. Pretty awesome stuff.

Groupon App For Android Receives Total Overhaul, Goes Version 2.0

Popular deals service Groupon has had its Android app facelifted, resulting in a new look, as well as a couple new features and services. Take a look at the brand-new UI:
