Amazon Cloud Drive 1.2 Adds File And Folder Deletion Plus A Swipe-To-View Gesture

Amazon's Cloud Drive app has been around since June, but it's been missing some fairly basic tools. As in, so basic that it's kind of mind-boggling that they haven't been included thus far. Today's update adds the ability to rename and delete files and folders, which was apparently missing before. That seems like a pretty big omission, but it's been rectified in version 1.2. It's available now on the Google Play Store, and of course, Amazon's own Appstore.

Motorola's Native FM Radio App Updated With Material Design, Music Recording, Sleep Timer, And Usability Improvements

If you've got a Moto G or Moto E, your phone has an FM radio built right into the design. Motorola's official app for using the FM tuner isn't much to write home about, but it's become considerably better today. The updated app (version 02.00.0045, according to the Play Store) updates the player's user interface to a fresh Material Design theme, now with a fetching teal and white color scheme.

Slacker Radio Updated With Android Auto Support In The Latest Version

Take a moment to consider the plight of poor app developers. In order to evade the fury of Android users, they need to check their apps every few months to make sure they work with incremental updates. Then every once in a while they need to add support for new phones with weird manufacturer skins or new chipset architectures.
