All the games on Google Stadia (Update: Assassin's Creed Valhalla)

Google's cloud gaming service, Stadia, began trialing on November 19 (2019), and even though you needed a $130 Founder's Edition kit to gain access, Google eventually opened the floodgates to everyone in August (2020). So far, many games have been announced for the service, and we expect more of them to pop up as we go along. Of course, it can be a difficult to keep track of things in this fast-moving industry, so we've got you covered with a handy list of all the titles that have been announced for Stadia.

GeForce Now loses 2K Games as studios continue to pull out of cloud service

Now that Activision Blizzard and Bethesda have both pulled their titles from the Nvidia GeForce Now game streaming service, 2K is the next developer to join in on the fun. Nvidia recently made a post on its forum to announce that 2K's titles have indeed been removed from the streaming service, though it would appear that Nvidia is working with 2K Games to re-enable the removed titles in the future.

2K Games Packs More Cards And Gameplay Enhancements Into This Year's MyNBA2K16 Companion App

2K Games Packs More Cards And Gameplay Enhancements Into This Year's MyNBA2K16 Companion App

I am many years removed from middle and high school, but in the adult world at least, it seems now is a much safer time to be a card collecting geek. But undoubtedly there are still guys who are too intimidated to spend their time playing Netrunner or Yu-Gi-Oh. Instead, they cloak their collector's impulse and stat obsession in a thin layer of NBA fandom. They get their card-battling fix from the MyNBA2K companion app 2K Games releases every twelve months.

MyNBA2K16 has gone live in the Play Store, and this year's addition brings new cards to collect, more ways to customize them, specialty bonuses, and other tweaks that enhance the core mechanic.

[Update: Price Raised To $8] WWE 2K Crams A Console-Style Wrestling Game Onto Your Phone For $1 With No In-App Purchases

[Update: Price Raised To $8] WWE 2K Crams A Console-Style Wrestling Game Onto Your Phone For $1 With No In-App Purchases

If you're tired of pretending that The Rock is a literal golem or playing the trading card version of wrestling, then the WWE is ready to deliver a (slightly) less fictional experience to hungry gamers. WWE 2K (that's the publisher 2K, not the year 2000) takes the familiar 3D fighting formula from decades of console wrestling games and shrinks it down into a mobile title. Even more impressive is the price: a single dollar with no in-app purchases in sight, at least for the moment.

2K Games Repeats The Card-Battle Companion App Formula With MyNBA2K15

2K Games Repeats The Card-Battle Companion App Formula With MyNBA2K15

Another year, another companion app to another installment in an annual sports series. This time we're taking a look at NBA 2K15. No, it's not 2015 yet, but this is a sports thing. As in this will presumably be what you're using throughout most of next year, since it's coming out at the end of this one. I know most of you are rolling your eyes right now, but there is surely one person reading this who was confused, and I'm looking them straight in the eyes right now.

Anyways, MyNBA2K15 is the companion app to the full console game. Just like last year's entry, it continues to shake things up with a basketball-themed card battle system.

2K Games Finally Drops Kindle Fire Exclusivity, Brings NBA 2K14 To The Play Store

2K Games Finally Drops Kindle Fire Exclusivity, Brings NBA 2K14 To The Play Store

In October of last year 2K Games released NBA 2K14 as an exclusive download for the Kindle Fire. Now here we are, some five months later, and the company has decided the time has finally come to drop the year's biggest NBA game into the Play Store. That's one hell of an exclusivity period.

Like its Amazon counterpart, the Play version of the game is going for $7.99, but the download seems to be significantly larger on Play. Amazon's page shows the game as a 780 MB download, while Google Play's is 1.1 GB. And on top of that, there's an additional gigabyte or so of "resources" that are downloaded once the game is launched.

NBA 2K14 Released Exclusively On The Amazon Appstore For $7.99... DJ'ed By LeBron James

NBA 2K14 Released Exclusively On The Amazon Appstore For $7.99... DJ'ed By LeBron James

There seem to be two distinct AAA strategies evolving in the mobile gaming world: make a premium product and charge a premium price (typified by most of Square-Enix's RPGs) or make a premium product that's free or incredibly cheap and make people pay for almost everything (Electronic Arts, Glu, and many others... including Square-Enix). With NBA 2K14, 2K Games is standing in stark contrast to EA's blockbuster Madden and FIFA series.

At present, NBA 2K14 is an Amazon Appstore exclusive, and it appears that it's also only for the Kindle Fire family. The entry fee is eight bucks, but that gets you some pretty fantastic graphics, local multiplayer, and a revised one-finger control mode.

[New Game] Turd Birds May Just Be The Crappiest Game To Ever Hit The Play Store

[New Game] Turd Birds May Just Be The Crappiest Game To Ever Hit The Play Store

Birds crap on things. It's an unavoidable fact of life. A driver who hasn't walked out to a vehicle coated in bird feces is a driver who hasn't had their license for very long. But those birds can't be allowed to get the only enjoyment out of this experience. 2K Games' Turd Birds gives us a chance to experience what it's like to be on the feathered end of a frosty white bombing run.

Turd5 Turd1 Turd3

Turd Birds is roughly a Temple Run clone where the goal is to crap on as many targets as you can, all while avoiding airborne hazards.
