2D psychological horror game DISTRAINT jumps from Steam to the Play Store

Horror comes in many flavors... just don't tell that to whoever's filming the seventh Paranormal Activity movie on some Hollywood lot right now. Case in point: Steam's horror section is a cavalcade of creepiness, with games like the Five Nights at Freddy's franchise sitting alongside Amnesia and The Evil Within. And lest you think it's only possible to scare in three dimensions, there's also DISTRAINT, an indie 2D side-scroller that's dripping with horror themes. The game popped up on Steam last year, but now it's available in the Play Store for free.

Beautiful 2D puzzler Pavilion makes its way to the SHIELD TV for $10

There are a lot of PC and console games that have made their way to NVIDIA's SHIELD set-top box, but I believe that Pavilion is the first to get an exclusive launch on the platform before making its way elsewhere. PC Pilgrim Titan Souls Challenges You To Kill Everything With A Single Arrow, But Only On SHIELD Hardware

Green Arrow is a mamma's boy. Hawkeye is overrated. Katniss is a pushover. All of those archer-themed heroes should try saving the world with just one arrow - maybe then they'd approach the sheer brass-balled awesomeness of the protagonist in Titan Souls. As he wanders in a twilight world between the living and the dead, he slays gigantic monsters with a single hit from his arrow... though he does get a little help, since it's magical and he can easily retrieve it after every shot.
