Samsung just released the Galaxy S21 last week, and now, the first teardown video is already available for you to gaze at. It comes courtesy of YouTube channel PBKreviews and features a complete disassembly and reassembly of the regular S21, complete with the first repairability assessment. Spoiler alert: It looks like many parts could be pretty easily replaceable, except for the battery.
Samsung's Galaxy Watch3 is (by most accounts) the best Android-compatible smartwatch, with its traditional design, rotating bezel, and good software experience. However, the original starting price of $400 was ridiculous, even compared to Samsung's other smartwatches. Thankfully, the price has now been temporarily reduced by $150 across the board, with the cheapest option dropping to $250.
Samsung released the Galaxy S10 Lite and Note10 Lite at the start of 2020, as a pair of budget phones aimed at select markets like Europe and India. Both devices shipped with Android 10 (One UI 2.0) out of the factory, but now Samsung is updating the Note10 Lite to Android 11.
Everyone already knows about the Galaxy Note 10. It’s a flagship device for Samsung and boasts a flagship price of $950. Spring for the bigger Note 10+, and that price goes up to $1099. However, it now looks like an affordable mid-range Note might be in the works.

Samsung has already rolled out its Android 11 update to many phones and tablets, branded as One UI 3.0, but the company introduced a minor revision with the Galaxy S21 series. OnePlus used to be known for speedy Android updates, but those days have long since passed. While Samsung has already started updating mostofitsrecentflagships to Android 11, the same update has only arrived on two OnePlus phones (the 8 and 8T). OnePlus has now shared a status report on the OxygenOS 11 rollout, providing a rough timeline for the months ahead.
Samsung's software has come a hell of a long way over the years, becoming the only version of Android I consider worth using. The One UI 3 beta, based on Android 11, looks to improve things further in multiple areas across the board, but currently, it's only available on the S20 and Note20 range. However, that's about to change with the company announcing an upcoming beta program for the S10, Note10, Z Flip 5G, and Z Fold 2.
Samsung's Note phones are some of the most powerful devices around, and right now you can snag some major savings on the Note20 and Note20 Ultra. Microsoft is currently offering the standard Note20 for just $749.99 and the Note20 Ultra for $999.99 — some of the lowest prices we've seen on these two daily driver-worthy devices.
Even though each Android security update has a specific month in the name, the patches are usually provided to manufacturers a week or two in advance, so phone makers can have the system upgrades ready in time (or not). Samsung has been known to pull the switch before the first day of a given month, and that's happening again for the February 2021 patches.
