It's Official - Google Wallet Is Here, Handy App Can Tell You Where To Use It

True to last night's rumblings, Google and Sprint have announced the launch of Google Wallet, a revolutionary new tap-to-pay service that allows customers to store credit card information and make payments from one app on their Android phone.

[Update: It's Getting Closer] Google Wallet May Be Launching In Time For NFC World Congress On September 19th (Yes, Tomorrow)

Samsung Epic 4G Touch Rooted And Running ClockworkMod Recovery

It has only been a  couple of days since Samsung released the source code for the Epic 4G Touch and it looks like the device has already been rooted. Developers Shabbypenguin and Tanimn of Android Creative Syndicate (ACS) have released a pre-rooted tar file and instructions (XDA link) on how to root the shiny new phone.
