If you've got a Droid Incredible 2, you may want to grab it and hit the Settings > About phone > System updates option, because a new OTA update just started rolling out. This one is mostly a big fixer, but it does add a bit of new functionality to the device:
- Includes Google BT/DigiNoTar security patch.
- Includes Google security patch for upgrading libpng to 1.2.46
- Includes Wi-Fi password security patch.
A pretty major update for Skype just made its way into the Android Market, bringing a few new features and improvements along with it. Verizon updated its support documents for the Motorola Droid Bionic earlier today with info of an OTA update that should fix a gaggle of issues with the device.
Among the fixes, you'll find improved 3G and 4G connectivity, "improvements in device stability" to "help avoid power cycles," improvements in the messaging application, and a fix for the issue that caused apps to disappear from the app tray when moved to the SD card, among others. Read More

BOLT Browser, which touted tabbed browsing and high speeds in an effort to provide a capable replacement for Android's stock browser, has been discontinued due to economic circumstances, according to the app's website:

HTC Amaze 4G users should be expecting an over-the-air update to roll out soon, according to T-Mobile's support documentation. The update carries software build 1.43.531.3 (still Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread), adding IMS WiFi calling, Google Music compatibility, and various stability/functionality enhancements.
