Xiaomi is a huge smartphone presence in many countries, and it got there, at least in part, by copying Apple. We could dress things up and pretend that wasn't the case, but we've all got eyes. Xiaomi recently unveiled another not so subtle Apple clone with its "Mimoji" AR emoji feature. The company was adamant it wasn't just copying Apple's Memoji... and then it literally stole Apple's Memoji promo video.

Google will happily save your card details to make it easier to splurge on internet shopping, and of course, to pay for Google services. Chrome is getting deeper payment integrations, which are now separate from Chrome Sync.

However, you'll need root to play around with DarQ.

Google hiked the price of YouTube TV a few weeks back, but anyone who decided to stick with it will get getting a nice perk. Google is rolling out a substantial now playing UI update to all YouTube TV platforms that makes it easier to scrub through a recording, see what's playing, and more. You don't have to do anything to get the update, but there's no guarantee you'll have it just yet.

A Moto rep has now confirmed that it will only release Pie for the Verizon edition because it needs Pie for 5G Moto Mod support. Everyone else is out of luck.

Verizon's virtual carrier Visible has always had a compelling offer—just $40 per month for unlimited data. However, it caps LTE speeds at 5Mbps, which limits how much of that "unlimited" data you can use. Starting today, Visible will let customers sign up for uncapped LTE service, and it won't cost anything extra. There's a catch, though. This offer is only available for a limited time.

OnePlus has moved on to hyping the OnePlus 7 family, but it hasn't forgotten about the 6 and 6T. These phones have a new Open Beta release today. It's version 21 for the OnePlus 6 and 13 for the 6T. Don't expect major changes this time, but it sounds like OnePlus has smoothed over some rough edges.

In a recent interview, Gates admits his biggest mistake was allowing Android to win.
