If you have issues with Wi-Fi range around your house, the Google Wifi is one of the easiest ways to rectify them. It's not the newest system out there, but its quick setup and Google integration mean that it's still a great option. Woot is currently offering factory refurbished 3-packs for just 9.99.

Google Assistant is largely considered to be the top mobile assistant out right now, but even the best can improve. Starting today, Google is updating how Assistant displays the answers to your questions. The updated answer cards are larger with more visuals, and there are even some new tools built-in.

$1,000 flagship phones are an unfortunate reality in today's market, but there are plenty of options out there with most of the performance at a fraction of the price. One of the newest entrants to this game has been Xiaomi's Pocophone F1, which offers flagship-level specs at just $300. In case the low, low price wasn't incentive enough to pick one up, the Poco team will be adding a bunch of features and fixes in the coming weeks.

TV prices have been steadily dropping in the past few years. A major reason for this is the emergence of web content, which doesn't require a TV to watch, though the Toshiba Fire TVs we're featuring here can handle all of your favorite streaming services. The 49" 1080p model is currently just 9.99 (0 off), with other sizes being discounted as well. These smart LED Toshibas are technically "Fire TV Editions," which is Amazon's term for smart TVs with Fire TV functionality built-in. That means that it can handle streaming of Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, HBO, and more, though it can obviously still act as a regular TV. If you watch a lot of content at home on your computer screen, it might be worth dropping a couple hundred on a bigger screen.Amazon is offering discounts on quite a few models. To us, the most appealing deal was the 49" 1080p model for 9.99, though the 50" 4K HDR version for 9.99 might be even better if you want to step the resolution up. It turns out that Android Q's second beta release actually has a lot of great additions packed in. Case in point: media notifications now have progress bars, and they're seekable, too. This should make things a lot more convenient for those who like to jump around during music, podcast, or video playback.

Less than a month after the first one, Android Q Beta 2 has landed with a decent amount of changes in tow. Among those changes is a convenient new volume pop-up to control all of the different volumes without having to enter the settings app.

Thank the heavens: Google has fixed the screenshot issue from Q Beta 1 that caused rounded corners and notches to be visible. Unsurprisingly, people were not happy with their screenshots being made so ugly, so we're glad that Google has reverted this so quickly.

Of the companies with skin in the smart lighting game, Philips' Hue brand is perhaps the most well-known and reputable. Best Buy is currently offering a Hue starter kit with four multicolor LED bulbs, with two Google Home Minis thrown in, for just 9.99 — an impressive $128 less than the regular price.

Google is kicking off April right with security updates for its Pixel phones. Bundled within this month's patches is a fix for the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL's Ambient Display flashing issue, which has been plaguing some phones for months. Several other fixes are also mentioned in the update bulletin.

The 3.5mm headphone jack is now an exception rather than a standard in the flagship smartphone world. Many consumers have turned to Bluetooth options, but there are still some folks who prefer wired audio. If you're in the latter camp and you hate dealing with dongles, you'll probably want a set of USB Type-C headphones.Several USB-C earphones have appeared on the market in the past year or so. I very much enjoy using the noise-cancelling Libratone Q Adapt that we reviewed last year, though the $149 price tag might put it out of reach for many. On the other end of the spectrum is the $19 Essential Earphones Mini, which just isn't very good. Essential's more premium offering, the Earphones HD, now goes for $49 (half of its original MSRP) — a sweet spot pricing-wise, but it's still riddled with compromises.I wasn't sure what to expect from the $49.95 Moshi Mythro C, given that Moshi isn't traditionally known for its audio products, but I'm pleased to say that it's definitely worth your consideration. It sounds good, looks nice, and it's priced well. You can't really ask for much more out of a pair of earbuds.

Everyone's been talking about the clever wallpapers that are the product of the Galaxy S10's hole-punch front-facing camera setup, but it turns out that the front-facing camera itself is having some issues. In third-party apps, the S10 selfie cam's view is a lot more zoomed in than the camera's actual field-of-view.

At launch, YouTube TV was limited to just a few supported markets, but it's spread rather quickly. As of August, it had expanded to 100 service locations. Google is rolling YouTube TV out to another 95 markets, meaning that 98% of households in the US will be able to subscribe starting today. The remaining few markets will come "shortly thereafter."

Huawei's latest smartwatches, the Watch GT Classic and Watch GT Sport, don't run Wear OS anymore. Instead, they use the company's own Lite OS, which some people love and others aren't as happy with. If you're not tied to Google's platform and you're looking for a new smartwatch, the Watch GT Classic has dropped to 9.72 (a little over off), and the Watch GT Sport is now 9.99 ( off) on Amazon. Both the Watch GT Classic and GT Sport share the same hardware: a 1.39" 454x454 AMOLED display, just 16MB of RAM and 128MB of storage, and a sizable 420mAh battery. Wear OS would never be able to run with such low-end specs, but Lite OS is much lighter and can last for two weeks without a charge. Of course, that means that it isn't as capable as Wear OS, so there's definitely a trade-off there.

When you think sub-$100 Bluetooth speaker, you probably think of brands like Ultimate Ears, JBL, and Bose. However, if you're in the market for one, we'd recommend that you check out the Tribit X-Boom, which is currently discounted by .50 to .49 on Amazon. We reviewed the X-Boom last year and found it to be a great speaker for the money. The sound is crisp, the bass is impressive, and there's a nice array of buttons to control it with. The only real downside is the lack of features compared to competitors, but most of you probably never touch those anyway. If you just want decent sound at a good price, you'll be happy with the X-Boom.

Following the Razer Phone 2's Android 9 Pie release late last month, the company has published updated factory images and kernel source code for the phone. The files are now available for download on Razer's site for those of you who need them.

Basically every major US bank and credit union already supports Google Pay, and the contactless payment service already has nearly 2,000 partners stateside. Despite that, the support list continues to grow by at least a handful of banks every few weeks, and sure enough, an additional 17 have joined the list since our last update 12 days ago.

Android already sends out notifications for estimated remaining battery life when your charge reaches a certain threshold, but Google is incorporating these estimates even further in Android Q. If you have the battery percentage in your status bar toggled on, you'll now see how long your phone thinks your battery will last in the quick settings shade.

Out of all of the ~$350 wireless, ANC-equipped over-ear headphones on the market right now, Sony's WH-1000XM3 is probably the best option. Rarely discounted from its MSRP of $350, the 1000XM3 is currently being offered by Rakuten for just 3.95, a discount of $66, with a coupon code. That's several dollars lower than the last Rakuten deal we saw.

Google's in-house laptop/tablet gambit may not be panning out as well as the company had hoped. According to Business Insider, the company is telling dozens of employees on the Google Create division, which oversaw the Pixelbook and Pixel Slate, to temporarily move to other positions within Alphabet amidst "roadmap cutbacks."

Just a few hours ago, Google announced that YouTube Premium and YouTube Music had made their way to India. Oddly enough, it neglected to mention the 13 other countries both services just debuted in. Of these 13, 12 are in Central and South America, with the odd duck out being South Africa.
