Epic is daring Apple and Google to ban Fortnite from their app stores — and Apple just took the bait

Epic is daring Apple and Google to ban Fortnite from their app stores — and Apple just took the bait

It's no secret that Epic Games along with its CEO Tim Sweeney have been railing against the typical 30% cut software stores take, what with how Epic excluded Fornite from the Play Store for over a year over this very issue. In April Epic bent the knee to Google, finally listing Fortnite on the Play Store, but apparently, the company hasn't given up the fight, and so Fortnite just announced that there's a new optional way to pay for items in the game on both Android and iOS, which coincidentally cuts out the middleman while also providing discounts that range up to 20% off.

Civilization VI turn-based strategy game arrives on Android, two years after iOS release

Sid Meier's Civilization series has been a mainstay on PCs since the first game's release in 1991, though developer Firaxis has occasionally dabbled in console and mobile titles. The last game to make an appearance on Android was Civilization Revolution 2 in 2014, a simplified version of the usual Civ formula, but now a full-blown port of the latest main game has arrived on Android.

Here are hundreds of high refresh rate games to play on the 120Hz Galaxy Note20 Ultra

Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Note20 Ultra is premium as all get-out, packing the beefiest specs money can buy in 2020, including a Snapdragon 865+, 12 gigs of RAM, and a 6.9-inch 120Hz display. Marvel Realm of Champions 3v3 gameplay finally revealed in new trailer

Kabam and Netmarble are teaming up once again with Marvel to bring a new real-time RPG to Android. This title is known as Marvel Realm of Champions, and it will serve duty as the followup to Marvel Contest of Champions. It's expected to land sometime in 2020. Apparently, Realm of Champions will offer a reimagining of the Marvel Universe that's set on Battleworld, a forbidden planet hidden behind the Space-Time Barrier recently disrupted by the death of Maestro, the God-King. This results in a universe-wide battle themed around the Secret Wars event from 1984.
