It's been almost exactly one year since the 2018 Users' Choice Awards, and like clockwork, Google is asking its users again to place their votes in the 2019 Google Play Users' Choice Awards. There is now one more category (books) to vote on, and more choices in each category to choose from compared to last year. The four categories are apps, games, movies, and books.

First up is the apps category, and there are 10 to choose from.

  1. Morphin, a CGI gif maker and editor.
  2. Post-it, a note-taking app.
  3. 21 Buttons, a fashion and clothing social networking app.
  4. Enlight Pixaloop, a photo animator.
  5. Peloton, a workout and fitness app.
  6. Boosted, a time-tracking app to help boost productivity.
  7. Concepts, a sketch and design app.
  8. Video Editor, an app for editing and adding "glitch" video effects.
  9. Scripts, a teaching app to help you practice writing in Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Russian, and Latin.
  10. Ablo, a social networking app with free text and video chat to connect users from around the world.

Next up are games, and there are 14 of them to choose from.

  1. Pokemon Masters (role playing)
  2. Mario Kart Tour (action)
  3. AFK Arena (role playing)
  4. Harry Potter: Wizards Unite (adventure)
  5. The Mighty Quest for Epic Loot (role playing)
  6. Archero (action)
  7. Auto Chess (strategy)
  8. Brawl Stars (action)
  9. Call of Duty: Mobile (action)
  10. The Elder Scrolls: Blades (role playing)
  11. Dota Underlords (strategy)
  12. Vineyard Valley (casual)
  13. RAID: Shadow Legends (role playing)
  14. Stardew Valley (role playing)

The voting is live now for these apps and games, as well as movies and books, and the polls will close on November 25th. The Users' Choice winners, along with the Best of 2019 picks from the Google Play editors, will be announced on December 3rd.
