Android tablets are in a bit of a lull right now, so I understand if you think this may not be the perfect time to invest in a Pixel C. But if you do want a new Android tablet, maybe for yourself or as a Christmas gift for someone, then the Pixel C should be a top contender. It runs Android 7.0 Nougat, has a 10.2" 2560 x 1800 display, 3GB of RAM, 32GB or 64GB of storage, and the Tegra X1 may not be the hottest processor on the bloc, but it does the job fine enough. The big deterrent however, is probably the hefty price tag, but that is changing for the next couple of weeks.
From today, December 12, 2016 12:00am PST and until January 7, 2017 11:59pm PST, the 64GB Pixel C tablet and the Pixel C Keyboard will be discounted on the Google Store. The tablet is shedding $100 off its original $599 price and the keyboard is dropping $50 from $149 to $99.
This deal is better than the last one we saw on the Pixel C ($75 off) and, if you plan on grabbing the tablet and the keyboard for $598, it's the same as the developer discount we saw back in March. If you only want the tablet, however, you're not getting as good a deal as the developer one ($499 now, $450 then). Head over to the Play Store links below if these deals seem interesting to you.
