Prices for gift cards rarely go down, but when they do, people tend to go berserk for even the smallest discounts. Case in point: for a $50 Play Store gift card, a slash of $5 to $41.99 at Costco may not sound like much, but it's clearly resonating well with some Slickdeals members.

From now until November 28th (or while supplies last), Costco members can save an additional $5 off the $46.99 price they'd normally pay for a $50 Google Play gift card. This credit can be used for apps, games, music, books, and even your Google Play Music/YouTube Red subscription. However, it's worth noting that you cannot use Google Play Store credit on device purchases from the Google Store.

There are a few caveats, though. First of all, you have to be a member of Costco Wholesale to get this deal. Secondly, three is the maximum amount you can purchase. Lastly, you have to wait for the physical card to arrive in your mailbox to use it. Shipping is free, which is nice.

Again, this deal will only last until the 28th or until Costco runs out, so don't wait too long if you're planning on snagging some Google Play credit on the cheap.
