Lenovo has announced the Yoga Tab 3 Plus, a mid-sized tablet that the company claims is better than a portable television, at IFA in Berlin. The Chinese company is specifically touting the Tab 3 Plus's screen and audio.

The Yoga Tab 3 Plus is built with an aluminum kickstand and a faux leather back. It features a 10.1" 1440p display that has Technicolor Color Enhance technology and four JBL speakers on the front of the device with Dolby Atmos 3D audio. From these specs, it seems that Lenovo may actually be on to something with this "personal TV" claim.

Other specs include a 9300mAh battery that will supposedly get you through two full seasons of Mr. Robot or Orange is the New Black, a built-in kickstand that can be used in different ways (hence the Yoga designation), IP51 water resistance (not much, but hey, it's something), and the ability to stream from other devices to the Tab 3 Plus with Lenovo Media Cast (Bluetooth and Miracast).

The Tab 3 Plus will cost €299 including VAT in Europe and will be available in November 2016. A 24W fast charger will be included in the box. Unfortunately, we don't have any other pricing or availability information.
