Google has a lot of products and services that involve photos, and it can be hard to keep track of where everything is. The company added a cool feature to the Google "About Me" account info screen recently that makes it easier to find all your photos. It's called Album Archive, and it, well, archives all your albums.

You'll find Album Archive at the bottom of the list in your About Me settings. This is where you can make tweaks to what people online can see in your account. Album Archive pulls your albums from Google+, Blogger, Picasa, Hangouts, Google Photos, and Google Drive. Each album is fully accessible from inside the Album Archive interface (view, download, and delete), so you won't be booted over to the service it was originally uploaded to.

We don't know exactly when this feature was added, but it's not exactly easy to find. We can say it was not present in late 2015, and the earliest we've found any discussion of Album Archive is last month. Regardless of how old it is, this is a cool feature.

According to Google's Luke Wroblewski, Album Archive finished rolling out to everyone on August 5:

Introducing the Album Archive

Today we made the Google Album Archive available to all our users. This new page is an archive for Picasa Web Albums (http://googlephotos.blogspot.com/2016/02/moving-on-from-picasa.html) which previously collected your photo albums across Google services such as:

* Google+ photos from posts

* Google profile photos

* Photos from Blogger

* Photos shared in Hangouts

* Maps panoramas

* and more

On the Album Archive, you can view, download, or delete these albums and photos. As the name implies... this really is an archive (no commenting, editing, adding, etc.) and part of our transition from Picasa. You can access your album archive page from your About Me page on Google: https://aboutme.google.com/

Your Album Archive page includes a 'Photos of You' album which shows any photos you have been tagged in including photos owned by other people. Additionally, you can navigate to other people’s Album Archive pages by tapping on ABOUT on their Google+ profile page (available on Android today and other platforms soon). There you'll see the photos and videos that person has previously shared with you.

As always, please send any ideas/issues using the Send Feedback menu item as that's the best way to ensure we'll see it.

Thanks~
