The Nextbit Robin is an interesting phone. It might not be the best device you can get, but it sure does have a unique style and cloud-based feature set. Now, the Robin is expanding to India, and the price is a bit lower than in other markets at Rs. 19,999, which is the equivalent of around $300. It's $100 more in the US.
The midnight and mint colorways will be available in India, and the specs are unchanged from the previous release. You're looking at a 5.2-inch 1080p LCD, Snapdragon 808, 3GB of RAM, and 32GB of storage. There's no microSD card, which is extremely uncommon in the Indian market. Instead, Nextbit has its cloud auto-backup system that offloads images and apps when you run low on space.
The big day is May 30th, but you can pre-order it right now on Flipkart. Nextbit hasn't said if Flipkart will be the exclusive source for the Robin in India, but it appears to be the only place you can pre-order at least.
