The Galaxy S6 was a game changer in terms of Samsung flagship design. Plastics became a thing of the past. Instead, the S6 showed off metal sides and a Gorilla Glass chassis. As far as phones go, it was a thing of beauty.

The software experience, not so much.

Janky software isn't as big a deal when you're not paying full price for a piece of hardware, so without further ado, I point you toward eBay. There you can get a refurbished unit for 9.99. These are locked AT&T models, and for the sake of comparison, that carrier would prefer you buy one from it for 4.99.

No, refurbished is not the same as new, but the seller says these are in excellent condition. Admittedly their definition of excellent leaves room for light scratches, which isn't quite the same as mine. Still, everything should be in working order.

You have your choice of three colors: Black Sapphire, White Pearl, or Gold. The price is the same for each one, and shipping is free. Though, this time around, the seller is only mailing units out to folks in the US.
