A new version of Gmail is rolling out, and Google was kind enough to provide a blog post so we know just what's new this time around. In Gmail v6.0, you can finally use rich text formatting in emails and RSVP faster without opening separate apps.

After updating your Gmail app, you'll see a new tool bar when composing an email. It includes the ability to make your text bold, italic, underlined, colored, or highlighted. The other big change comes to the way calendar invitations are handled. If you have an invitation from Google Calendar or Exchange, you'll get an embedded option to reply right from Gmail.

We're still poking around to see if there are any other changes not listed by Google. In the meantime, you can grab the APK from APK Mirror.
