The latest beta update for Minecraft Pocket Edition has hit the Play Store. Right now the download is available just for Android users, but the Windows release is on its way. No matter, Android user means you, so dive in.

Version 0.13.0 introduced redstone and all the delightful things you can do with it. 0.14.0 expands on that with repeaters and comparators. You also get cauldrons, which can hold water and act as power sources for those aforementioned redstone comparators. Then there are a bunch of things that sound funny to non-Minecraft players, like slime blocks, Hoppers, and Droppers (oh my!).

The full changelog is long enough for you to fall asleep and wake up in time to catch the ending, so I'm only re-sharing the new features. For the tweaks and bug fixes, check out the source link. And for instructions on how to join the beta, we've got you covered.
