Goat Simulator MMO Simulator

Android Police coverage: [Yo Dawg] Coffee Stain Studios Heard You Like Simulators, So They Made 'Goat Simulator MMO Simulator'

Have you ever wanted to play an MMO game without having to deal with other humans? Have you also wished for that experience to feature goats heavily? Then the latest version of Goat Simulator is for you. It's a Goat MMO Simulator, not a Goat Simulator MMO, so all the "players" you encounter in the World of Warcraft knockoff environment are computer-controlled. It's just as wacky and aimless as the previous games, so check it out if you enjoy hunting for hilarious Easter eggs and watching goats glitch out on physics objects.

  • Coffee Stain Studios brings next-gen Goat MMO simulation to mobile devices. You no longer have to fantasize about being a simulated goat in a simulated MMO, your dreams have finally come true.
  • Five different classes: Warrior, Rouge, Magician, Hunter and Microwave
  • Complete dozens of quests, level up a hundred times and play five different classes that’s a ton of content you do the math
  • Level cap is 101, 1 level higher than you-know-what
  • There are even elves and dwarves like in that movie
  • Stay a while and listen to Dumblebore the Grey in Twistram

Android Police coverage: Crescent Moon Games Finally Launches 'The Deer God' On Android With A 30% Off Sale

Power Ping Pong

Android Police coverage: Chillingo's Power Ping Pong Is A $5 Game For Those Who Treat Table Tennis Like A Martial Art (You Know Who You Are)

If the old NBA Street team (from when EA was slightly less evil) made a table tennis game, it might look a lot like Power Ping Pong. It has the extreme physics, the over-the-top characters, and the insane super-moves that you might expect from an almost-parody representation of both Ping Pong and martial arts, but there's also a pretty solid game underneath, complete with both online and local multiplayer options.

Do you wield your bat with zen-like focus or do your balls of fury give you a killer spin? Table tennis goes mobile with a twist in Power Ping Pong. Master your backspins and drop shots using intuitive and slick touch controls to outwit a series of oddball Kung Fu fighters – from sumo wrestlers to mad scientists and pandas. Smash your way to the top in Arcade mode or duel with friends in frantic local and online multiplayer modes.

Rebuild 3: Gangs of Deadsville

Android Police coverage: Rebuild 3: Gangs Of Deadsville Is A Zombie-Themed Base-Builder That You Might Actually Want To Play

These days the base-builder genre is one to avoid on mobile platforms, the bastard child of real-time strategy and freemium junk. Rebuild 3 is different: not only does it eschew the free to play model, it's a surprisingly deep, story-driven game about fending off a zombie apocalypse. The game is more focused on skills and resource-gathering than straight combat, and the deep skill and resource tree means there's plenty of content to explore.

It's been a few years since the zombpocalypse turned the world's cities into graveyards and sent the few survivors into hiding. Now you must gather them up and restore civilization to a ruined city, one building at a time. Rebuild 3 is a strategy sim game with a good helping of narrative and dark humor. It's a thoughtful game that'll make you fond of your survivors before you send them to their deaths for the greater good.

Door Kickers

Android Police coverage: Door Kickers Brings Innovative Controls To The Squad-Based Tactical Strategy Genre, But Only On Tablets

Door Kickers is a top-down tactical game that puts you in control of a SWAT squad that doesn't know the meaning of the term "fourth amendment." The play style is similar to squad-based strategy games like XCOM, but the action plays out in real time and can be paused at any moment, the better to plan your next move. The game focuses on positioning and sight-lines when it comes to victory, so you'll need to use your noggin to find the best way to clear the stage. Unfortunately Door Kickers is only available on tablets.

Door Kickers is the unforgiving, award winning SWAT-command quick tactics game from the PC. Includes all updates and a new campaign, as well as full cross-platform saves compatibility and an all-new interface designed specifically for touch based platforms. Door Kickers mixes old school, no-quarter action with modern ergonomic interfaces and puts you in command of a SWAT team during a tactical intervention.

David.

Android Police coverage: Abstract Arcade/Adventure Game David. Comes To Android, Brings Evil Physics-Beasts Along For The Ride

David. (period included) is a unique game, mixing elements of "zen" titles with a little platforming and a lot of top-down space battles. There isn't much of a point except to beat waves of enemies and the occasional boss, but the stylishly simple graphics and the unique slingshot control mechanic make it worth a look if you're bored with more conventional representations of the genre. It's $1 with no in-app purchases, but will go up to $2 soon.

David. // is a game. A game about physics and enemies. A game about struggles and life. A game about David. You play David, an awfully small abstracted chosen hero tossed into a blissfully simple world overrun by giant culminations of evil physics-beasts. As David, you are given a slingshot-esque gift that you will have to use to conquer your colossus foes. Hold, aim, and fling to attack. I poured myself into developing this game for nights and nights and nights. It's almost tough to share. I hope it feels strangely personal. Have fun, friends.

UNKILLED

Android Police coverage: Madfinger's Next High-End Freemium First-Person Zombie Shooter, UNKILLED, Is Live On The Play Store

Dead Trigger 3 Unkilled is finally here. It's Madfinger's latest take on the first-person zombie shooter, and while it's not exactly brimming with originality, you can certainly find some mindless bullet-spewing fun inside. Changes from the original series include better graphics, more interesting real-world weapons, and new and unsettling bosses. The single-player focus (and the freemium grind) remain intact.

We are back again: UNKILLED is the best-looking zombie shooter ever made for mobile devices. NYC is the center of the world's latest zombie outbreak. You are Joe, member of the anti-zombie unit WOLFPACK, a private military organization designed to find, track, and eliminate the zombie menace before it becomes global. Pokémon Shuffle Mobile

Android Police coverage: Pokémon Shuffle Is Now Available To All After Geo-Restricted Beta Phase

An official Pokemon game has finally come to Android! Just not in the way you'd like. This is a licensed game from The Pokemon Company, and though it's technically a port from a 3DS title, it's not an RPG about travelling the world with a team of fighting monsters. Nope, it's a match three (er, four) puzzle game with a ton of in-app purchases. This isn't the Nintendo game you're looking for... unless you're looking for a puzzle game with a ton of tiny Pokemon heads.

Pokémon Shuffle Mobile is a puzzle game where you line up three or more Pokémon vertically or horizontally to battle against wild Pokémon. You can play it casually—but battling, collecting, and leveling up Pokémon can also provide hours of fun. On top of the Pokémon available at the initial release of Pokémon Shuffle Mobile, additional stages and Pokémon are planned—but this game already has a lot to offer.

Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number

Android Police coverage: Devolver Digital Brings Hyper-Violent Brawler Hotline Miami 2 To SHIELD Hardware For $5

The original Hotline Miami was widely praised for its incredibly tight controls, punishing difficulty, and drug-addled, neon-soaked bloodfest of a story. The sequel is pretty much the same thing, only more so. Hotline Miami 2 follows characters both before and after the events of the original game, with more weapons and movies to help you clear out pixelated rooms of alleged bad guys. Unfortunately it's once again exclusive to SHIELD hardware on Android.

Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number is the brutal conclusion to the Hotline Miami saga, set against a backdrop of escalating violence and retribution over spilled blood in the original game. Follow the paths of several distinct factions – each with their own questionable methods and uncertain motivations – as unforeseen consequences intersect and reality once again slips back into a brilliant haze of neon and bloodshed.

Titan Souls

Android Police coverage: PC Pilgrim Titan Souls Challenges You To Kill Everything With A Single Arrow, But Only On SHIELD Hardware

In Titan Souls, you have to kill everything in the world with an arrow. A single arrow, in fact, but don't worry: it's magical and you can use it over and over again. The game debuted on Steam and other download services and gained positive reviews for its sweeping landscapes and enormous, unique boss battles. Since the game is almost entirely 2D, it's not clear why Devolver thinks it needs to be a SHIELD exclusive  - just about any modern device could play Titan Souls with a proper gamepad.

Between our world and the world beyond lie the Titan Souls, the spiritual source and sum of all living things. Now scattered amongst the ruins and guarded by the idle titans charged with their care, a solitary hero armed with but a single arrow is once again assembling shards of the Titan Soul in a quest for truth and power. Colossal Titans: Explore the ancient ruins of your forefathers and uncover extraordinary and unique titans, each with their own savage attacks and hidden weakness.

Cute Things Dying Violently

Seldom do games get so specific in their titles, but Cute Things Violently delivers what it promises. It's a platform/puzzle game that tasks the player with getting a bunch of Tribble-style critters across levels filled with buzz saws, fire, lightning bolts, explosives, and other stuff that will gleefully murder them. You'll have to experiment with gadgets and physics (and kill many, many adorable puff balls) to complete 48 levels. The game is $1 with no in-app purchases.

Hey kids. Do you like failure? Are you suspicious of success? Do you smile at the thought of "accidental" electrocution? Then boy have we got the game for you. Introducing: Cute Things Dying Violently, a game where nothing bad happens. CTDV is all about hapless Critters, and the Critters need your help. Launch them around to get them safely out of each level. Dodge all sorts of lethal goodies like spikes, buzzsaws, and fire, and use a variety of wacky items to pull it off.

A Wise Use of Time

It's always nice to see a new game-book... especially from developers apart from the usual suspects. A Wise Use of Time is closer to the old Choose Your Own Adventure style than more recent efforts, with an entirely text-based interface eschewing animations and most graphics. The story follows some timey-wimey temporal wizards, but unlike most of the games of this type, you can completely customize the primary player-character.

With the power to freeze time, you can ransack a casino, rescue a celebrity, or cheat death itself. When you freeze time, no one can see you, hear you, or stop you, except, perhaps, a handful of mysterious time controllers like yourself. Every second you steal puts more stress on your body and mind. Will you bring justice to the mobsters who run rampant in your city? Will you steal from them to provide for those in need?

Walking War Robots

Walking War Robots isn't exactly original - it's borrowing quite a lot from the MechWarrior series, with a third-person perspective and mobile controls thrown on. But as a high-end, team-based online multiplayer mech game on Android, it's also fairly unique to the platform. Graphics are good and gameplay is fast, but the game does suffer from a freemium setup that will almost certainly ensure that you're outgunned by players willing to pay. Upgrades and mech customization form the core part of the game's progression.

Participate in epic, explosive multiplayer robot battles in Walking War Robots. Pilot a tough, towering battle robot and join the fight with your armored goliath to crush anyone who dares stand in your way. Team up and own the battlefield in 6vs6 domination challenges. Do you prefer to take out your enemies with long-range cannons, drive straight into the fray with short-range machine guns, or raid into enemy territory? In Walking War Robots, the choice is yours.

Infestor

Noodlecake's latest retro-inspired game is more about twitch platforming and puzzle solving than all-out action. You play a... blob... thing, which can make it across at least some of the levels on its own, but takes over humans like a Futurama brain slug to gain new abilities. $1 gets you 60 levels and some really tight on-screen controls - the developers made the very well-received League of Evil series.

Get ready for a fun puzzle platformer created by the award-winning studio Ravenous Games. As the INFESTOR you need to reach the exit in each level by taking over your enemies and controlling their body. Each human has a special ability associated with it that you will need to take advantage of to overcome obstacles. Features:

  • 60 Levels
  • Infest humans for unique abilities

MicRogue

MicRogue is an interesting little tittle that mixes roguelike RPG elements with a movement style that's reminiscent of chess or checkers. Timing and strategy are your primary weapons, because you'll have to carefully kill monsters and avoid traps in the randomly-generated levels. Once you get the hang of the mechanics, you should be able to begin dominating the structured style of play.

Climb a dark tower in this Micro sized Chess Style Rogue-like that focuses more on character movement, than stats and gear. Can you retrieve the treasure and escape the dragon’s wrath? What Microgue has in store for you:

  • Randomized levels
  • Each Monster behaves differently
  • Beware of traps, and use them against your Enemies.

Random Fighters

Fast-paced fisticuffs. Blistering combos. Incredible super attacks. These fighting game elements don't seem to belong anywhere near a match-three puzzle game. But Random Fighters presents an interesting take on this over-used genre, focusing more on deliberate strategy than taking advantage of positioning and layout, making the action part of the field more like Go or Battleship than Bejeweled.

Random Fighters is a puzzle fighting game that pushes the player into a battle of wits and kicks. Tune up your memory and guessing skills to deliver your attacks from a 5x5 grid and beat the hell out of your rivals. Customize your fighter and attacks, and get ready to defeat your enemies to get unique upgrades, including brutal special attacks. Are you strong enough? Finish off the single player story mode and challenge anyone in the online mode.

Fat Baby Galaxy

If you're looking for an endless runner game that has more in common with some of the classic platformer games than, say, running across a blacktop, Fat Baby Galaxy should fit the bill. This unique 2.5D runner uses an interesting collection of attacks and power-ups that make it feel like an old Kirby or Donkey Kong Country title (with no left arrow button). The whimsical mix of vehicles are especially entertaining.

Prepare to be challenged at a breakneck pace. Jump, butt stomp, fly, catapult, drive and blast enemies in this hyperkinetic platformer, action game. Survive alien boneyards, ice caverns, asteroid belts, forests, space stations, volcanoes, and galactic wormholes.

  • Wormhole surfboards

DefCom TD

DefCom TD is a simple game that borrows a lot from older real-time strategy titles like Command and Conquer. There's no multiplayer and the tech tree isn't deep - it's all about survival versus computer opponents and gathering resources. Stages and enemies are randomly generated, so even with the relatively simple setup, there's plenty of fun to be had. It's $1 with no in-app purchases.

DefCom TD is a simple survival game with tower defense and real-time strategy elements. Action is going on a randomly generated map, where player should build his base, gather resources and defend from endless waves of enemies. Features:

• Original mix of TD and RTS

• Enemies vary from infantry to aviation

• Randomly generated map

• Pleasant 3D graphics and sound

• Simple and intuitive controls

Armor Academy Shape It Up!

This is basically a free-form jigsaw puzzle: place triangles, rhombuses, circles, and other shapes on the board in the right combination before the time runs out and beat the level. It's not particularly complex, but if you're a fan of spatial challenges it should offer up some good fun.

Train your brain everyday with exciting yet challenging shape puzzles. With tons of levels to beat and numerous achievements to unlock. Beat your own high score and be the best among your friends. Armor Academy Shape It Up. Is a game that will train your brain and dexterity to its fullest. You have to identify and choose the right shape to complete the puzzles within the time limit. Solve the puzzle as quickly as you can gain extra time and beat your high score.

SkillShot

Remember that ping pong montage from Forrest Gump? SkillShot is basically a minimal game version of that. The twitchy levels are all about timing and finding the correct angle to keep the ball going against a shifting backboard. There's not much more to it than that, though SkillShot does include an online leaderboard system. A $1 in-app purchase removes advertising.

Show your skill and beat your friends in this fast-paced arcade game

  • clean, crisp graphics
  • fast and twitch-based gameplay
  • easy to learn, hard to master
  • flip the game area to fit your needs
  • easy-to-understand picture-based ingame tutorial
  • beat your friends and the world with integrated leaderboards
  • test your expertise with challenging achievements

Asciid

Asciid is a bite-sized platformer that uses ASCII characters for all of its background, hazard, and character art. Well, allegedly - while the game does use the familiar characters as a sort of alternate pixel set, the raster graphics cheat a bit by scaling and rotating in ways that "traditional" ASCII art doesn't allow. Simple controls allow for twitchy fun as you avoid slicing, stabbing, and crushing death, which would be really gruesome if everything wasn't made out of Alpha-Bits.

Asciid is a challenging game that confronts the player with perilous traps and exciting levels. Use your power to switch between light and dark in each unique level to avoid the various hazards. Along the way you'll find hazards such as Wrecking Balls, Sawblades, Floaters, Bobbers, Spikes and more. Grab the keys from each level to open the door. Once you've braved your way through over 50 Campaign levels, challenge your skills in New Game+ mode where you'll find an infinite combination of ever increasing difficulty that will keep you on your toes through every door.

Puzzle Coaster

Puzzle Coaster is, as you might expect, a mix of physics puzzles and roller coaster building elements. You'll have to use momentum and various turns and twists to get the roller coaster car to the target of the levels... or just fool around and mess with the passengers. Over 60 levels are included, as are in-app purchases, but they're fairly minimal.

Who has not ever wanted to design the perfect rollercoaster? With Puzzle Coaster, you're in charge. Use the correct rails to build a track to amuse the passengers and that allows you to collect coins. To do this, you can use a large number of pieces of madness, like loops, explosive and strong springs. As happens with your favorite attractions, things are quiet at first, but they soon become frantic. You will not find it easy to complete the 63 tricky levels.

Nibblers

I think it's official: Rovio is out of ideas. After bastardizing their Angry Birds franchise in the sequel with every "freemium" gimmick in the book, the company's next new IP mixes cutesy fish characters and the played-out match three genre. The game has an insane amount of levels, but there's nothing here that you can't get elsewhere... without having to try to dodge some of the in-app purchases.

From the creators of ANGRY BIRDS comes a DELICIOUS NEW matching game with CUTE characters and FRESH and FRUITY puzzle gameplay. Meet the NIBBLERS – your fishy friends who only want to eat YUMMY fruit – ALL the yummy fruit. Om nom nom. All fun and games right? Woohoo. Fruit party over here. Well, the island’s reptilian inhabitants are not too happy about our group of aquatic party animals gobbling up all their fruit, and they’ll try to stop them at all turns.

Star Wars™: Uprising

The first video game that's officially part of the new Star Wars continuity is Uprising, a Diablo-style top-down dungeon crawler that takes place after Return of the Jedi but before the new movie. It's a fairly standard loot-fest that should be familiar to anyone who's played a similar game, but the lore is probably the biggest draw for Star Wars fans. The good news is that it includes co-op gameplay, and the bad news is that it has predictably insane levels of in-app purchases.

Star Wars™: Uprising is the first Star Wars RPG set between Star Wars™: Episode VI: Return of the Jedi™ and Star Wars™: The Force Awakens™. Join millions of players worldwide in a brand new fight against the Empire. Engage in massive Sector Battles to dictate the expansion of in-game content, create your own powerful character and crew, and play real-time co-op with friends. The Galaxy Needs a New Hero. What Kind Will You Be?

GA 11: Songs of the Mystics

Tin Man Games is back with another gamebook in its series, this time based on an original story. Songs of the Mystics sees you exploring a creepy island and expanding your music-based magic abilities. The structure and gameplay should be pretty familiar to fans of Tin Man's style, but this one includes full-color art.

Travel to the secluded Isla des Misticos, home to the enigmatic Mystics. You are the daughter of the Earth Queen, leader of the Mystics, and find yourself in dire peril from the outset. As you uncover a plot to end your life, you also discover new magical abilities through the power of songs. Can you escape from your predestined fate?

GA 12: Asuria Awakens

Wow, Tin Man decided to go for a double release! Asuria Awakens has no story connection to Songs of the Mystics, instead harkening back to the older games set in the same universe as Orlandes City. All the things I said above still apply, since it uses the same mix of RPG elements and Choose Your Own Adventure story progression as all of Tin Man's gamebooks.

In the remote Orlandrian coastal town of Casporur, home to the giant statues that rise out of the ocean called the Children of Asuria, something is amiss. The emissary from Orlandes City has been sending messages which are growing more and more alarming – they talk of tremors and civil unrest. When the emissary goes missing, it’s up to you to investigate the disappearance. A new darkness stalks the land. Is this the second coming of Asuria?

Swap Cops

In Swap Cops, you control a squad of tiny comic book policemen who have to clear out waves of baddies with a mix of weapons and special abilities. This is pretty standard turn-based strategy stuff, but the position-swapping gameplay (based on Swap Heroes) and a dedicated healer slot make things interesting. 12 cops with special abilities and an endless setup will keep you coming back, but be prepared to his an IAP grind wall.

Swap Cops is a casual turn-based strategy game. Build your team of mighty cops and blast your way through an endless supply of missions and enemies.

• Simple one tap controls

• Easy to learn turn-based gameplay

• 12 unique cops to unlock and play

• Endless supply of missions

• Unlockable Achievements

• Google Play leaderboard to compare your progress

Super Spartan Fury World

Super Spartan Fury World may look like a cross between a Mickey Mouse cartoon and 300, but it's actually a platformer that's inspired by the classic run-and-gun gameplay of Mega Man. (Don't take my word for it, it says so down there in the description.) The mechanics and gameplay should be familiar to any fan of classic platformers, but it's nice to see that the developer decided to make the game look new (i.e. non-pixelated) even if it plays old.

MegaManX inspired platformer game. Just jump and shoot. Available for both Phones and Tablets. A great shadow has descended over Olympus the mythical land of the gods, chaos creatures born of the darkest parts of the void defile this once peaceful and majestic land. Rabbids Appisodes

Ubisoft's Rabbids, once an extension of the Rayman series, apparently have their own TV show now. That doesn't seem to have affected the games themselves, which were and remain a series of manic mini-games starring the raving protagonists. This title organizes said game into story-driven "appisodes," though exactly what kind of story you might expect from living embodiments of slapstick, I wouldn't venture to guess.

Rabbids Appisodes: The kids’ hit animated TV show is NOW INTERACTIVE. For the first time, kids will be able to unleash the Rabbids’ silliness from their favorite hit TV Show: Rabbids Invasion

  • DISCOVER 7 interactive appisodes based on the hit animated TV show Rabbids Invasion.
  • WATCH, PLAY AND INTERACT with Rabbids in various mini-games. Tap to throw eggs, tilt your device to prevent Rabbids from falling down, swipe to hit them and scream the iconic BWAAAH.
  • FIND hidden objects in each appisode to increase your scoring. Even amid the Rabbids mayhem, stay focused during the entire appisode.
  • COLLECT stickers and unlock puzzle pieces to complete new hilarious wallpapers for your tablet

PAN: Escape to Neverland

Do we need an origin story for Captain Hook and Peter Pan? Did anyone ask for one? Either way we're getting one from Warner Brothers, and here's the official tie-in game. The graphics look great, but it appears to be a set of somewhat simple mini-games that vaguely tie into the fantasy pirate theme. At least there are no in-app purchases.

Man the cannons and fend off attacks from the air. Hold on tight and experience a thrilling flight through London as you captain the Jolly Roger and escape to Neverland in the official game for Warner Bros. movie "Pan."

  • Official Movie Sound Track and awesome sound effects.
  • A variety of explosive weapons for you to control.
  • Hoards of enemies waiting to take down your ship.
  • Fly the Jolly Rodger.!.! We’re sailing now.
  • Special bonus level, believe in the magic with Peter

Atari's Greatest Hits ReMaster

Atari is back with another overpriced bundle of games that were already outdated before most of you were born. It's not clear exactly what's "remastered" about this version (an older, similar collection has disappeared from the Play Store), but it does come with a free copy of Missile Command. The rest of the 100 games (about 15 of which are actually notable) will need to be paid for via in-app purchases.

Download this App to receive Missile Command for FREE. Relive the Golden Age of Gaming with a collection of the most popular retro Atari games from the 70s and 80s. AGH has been remastered to work on more modern Android devices. This extensive catalog pays homage to original Atari classics, with controls designed to mimic what fans remember from 30 years ago. For those who love the classic gaming experience, this handheld breakthrough guarantees hours of fun.

Blocky Highway

This is a driving game that copies Crossy Road's voxel aesthetic and collect-em-all focus. That's about it. If you like the graphical style, Blocky Highway puts it to very good use. Otherwise you can probably skip this one.

Blocky Highway is about racing traffic, avoiding trains, collecting cars and most importantly having fun. Collect coins, open prize boxes to get new cars and complete collections. Drive at full speed to score big and be the #1. Crash time. Control your car after crash, hit traffic cars for extra score.

  • Gorgeous voxel art graphics
  • 2 worlds to choose from
  • 30 different vehicles to drive
  • 6 car collections to complete
  • Endless easy mode for kids
  • Game Services Leaderboards

Sky Whale

Apparently this Nickelodeon-published game is based on a fictional game in one of the network's shows. It uses a sort of modified endless runner format where the objective is to guide a flying narwhal through the water and the sky, collect donuts, and bounce off of floating sushi. The game uses currency for power-ups and has advertising, but no in-app purchases, which is always nice to see for apps aimed at kids.

Bounce through the sky collecting donuts to keep your narwhal up in the air. Use clouds and crazy objects to bounce higher and farther. Insane combos will take your narwhal into outer space. And scuba gear will send him on an underwater adventure. Earn coins to unlock awesome items, blasting your narwhal farther than he’s ever gone before.

Plum's Creaturizer

Apparently this is a game that's based on the PBS kid's show Plum Landing. Being a permanent bachelor, I have no idea who or what Plum is, but the game seems to be all about stitching evolutionarily improbably critters together with pre-made parts. As kid's games go this one is fairly benign, but it includes the ability to care for your creature with a proper habitat and diet, then inserting them into the "real" world with the camera.

Go on a nature adventure with Plum's Creaturizer. Kids and families can build wild creatures, then head outdoors to photograph them right in their own backyard. It's part of PLUM LANDING, a PBS KIDS project that helps kids develop a love for this amazing, beautiful, and dramatic planet we call home. The app provides opportunities for kids and their families to interact with nature in a thoughtful way and have fun exploring together.

MGS V: THE PHANTOM PAIN

Android Police coverage: Konami Releases Companion App For Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

Despite apparently shunning the world of console games and millions of formerly happy fans around the world, Konami would still very much like you to buy Metal Gear Solid V. As in the preview game, they've created a companion app with various functions, including a second-screen map and a "real" version of the game's fictional smartphone/PDA thing. Of course you'll need a copy of the console game to do anything. Long live Metal Gear. Long live Hideo Kojima. #FuckKonami.

Extend the world of "METAL GEAR SOLID V: THE PHANTOM PAIN" (PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox One) into the palm of your hands. Use this app as a support terminal to display maps, call support helicopters while playing the console version of METAL GEAR SOLID V: THE PHANTOM PAIN. While away from the main game, listen to music tracks featuired within the game. Linking your app to the main game allows yo to navigate the world of METAL GEAR SOLID V by using the iDROID as a navigational system and support terminal for calling support helicopters.

HeadBatt

HeadBatt is a VR game that takes the basics of Pong and... well, replaces the paddle with your head. It makes sense, since you have limited control when using a phone and a VR headset, but there's no escaping the fact that it's kind of weird. Standard single-player and online multiplayer is included.

HEADBATT is an 80's style bat and ball game with a virtual reality twist: your head becomes the batt. Tilt your head left and right to hit the ball past your opponent and score points. HEADBATT includes a remote multi-player mode so that you can play with a friend who lives in a different city or even on a different continent. In single-player mode, you play against an AI opponent. HEADBATT is a labour of love that began life as a Christmas party project at UNIT9, before evolving into its current shape. Happy batting.

Tower Dwellers Gold

Most of the time when you add "Gold" to the title of a game, it implies something extra over the previous release. In the case of Noodlecake's whimsical tower defense game Tower Dwellers, that something extra is in-app purchases. It's OK though - now the game is free, and the original structure means you probably won't have to shell out anything to experience the best bits. And if you do, Tower Dwellers Non-Gold is just four bucks.

ONE OF THE BEST MOBILE TOWER DEFENCE GAMES IS NOW FREE TO DOWNLOAD AND PLAY. So you are here. The legend fulfilled. You will lead us to battle, purge the land and rebuild.

  • Choose from powerful HEROES who have come to help you out with defeating all Evil Hordes.
  • Craft many different units and command them in REAL TIME
  • Assist your army with the magic SPELLS
  • Decide which territory to conquer due to NON-LINEAR progression
  • Unlock various UPGRADES
  • Perfect your by staging battles in the encyclopedia SANDBOX mode
  • Complete the hilariously narrated TALE to regain a land once lost
