We dig V-MODA's Crossfade headphones, and our love for them didn't fade from when we reviewed them and through all the giveaways and deals we've shared about them. They seem to be popular with you too, since the deals we post are always well received, whether they're for the LP over-ear or the M80 on-ear models.
V-MODA is back with a design we'll all surely appreciate as Android users. It's the Crossfade Wireless, and like the name suggests, this is a pair of wireless Bluetooth headphones that can connect with two devices simultaneously. But don't worry, you'll be able to hook it up with a wire, should you run out of battery or want a latency-free audio listening experience. The headset follows an over-ear design with a 50mm dual-diaphragm, and it has an ergonomic leather headband (that doesn't fold up), soft and ergonomic memory cushions around the ear, and replaceable shields.
V-MODA explains that the wireless mode was tested with Bluetooth phones as well as smartwatches for the best antenna performance. The range can go up to 33feet (10m), and battery life lasts about 12 hours depending on the music's volume. There's a built-in mic on the headset, and another one on the 3.5mm cable, which also houses a button for controlling your device. The headset uses a 3-button design, two of which are for volume control and one acting as a multi-function button.
The Crossfade Wireless is available in 4 base colors: Gunmetal (pictured at the top), Phantom Chrome, Rouge, and White Silver (below). It ships with an exoskeleton carry case, a carabiner clip, a reinforced 1-button SpeakEasy 3.5mm cable, and a MicroUSB cable.
