If you've been watching today's coverage of the Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 Edge+ with bated breath, you won't have to wait too long to pick one up from an American carrier. All five major US networks have confirmed that they'll be carrying Samsung's new flagships, with varying degrees of availability and pre-order status. The official release date from Samsung is August 21st, and AT&T is already selling phones. Here's the breakdown for the other carriers:

Verizon

verizon

Big Red is already taking pre-orders for the Galaxy S6 Edge+ and the Galaxy Note 5. The S6E+ can be had for a whopping $768 in its standard 32GB model or $864 for the 64GB model (ouch) at unlocked prices. It's available in gold or black. The Note 5 is slightly cheaper at $696 and $792 for 32GB and 64GB models, respectively, and it will be available in black and white colors. You can split up the payments over two years with Verizon's 0% APR phone loan, but the carrier no longer offers contract discounts. Both phones are launching on August 21st on Verizon.

Sprint

Sprint says that its pre-orders for both phones will begin shipping tomorrow, August 14th, which seems a bit unlikely. Full prices for the devices aren't posted on the website, but assuming that the 24-month payment options don't offer any discounts, they come out to $792 and $888 for the Galaxy S6 Edge+ in 32GB and 64GB capacities, and $720/$816 for the same options on the Note 5. Colors are gold or black for the S6E+ and white and black for the Note 5.

T-Mobile

t-mo

T-Mobile will be offering both phones on August 21st, but they're not quite ready to take your money (or say how much of it they want). This signup page will take down your contact information and offer up a free year of Netflix if you buy a phone before September 30th. Update: this press release says the 32GB Galaxy S6 Edge+ will cost $779.99, and the 32GB Note 5 will cost $699.99.

US Cellular

Though the carrier doesn't have any promotional pages up on its website yet, US Cellular gave this statement to confirm its availability:

We are excited to follow up Samsung’s announcement and let you know that U.S. Cellular is launching the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ and Note5 smartphones on Aug. 21. Both devices will be available for $0 down with our 20-month installment pricing. Also, with two year agreements, the Galaxy S6 edge+ will be available for $299 and the Note5 will be available for $199.

Customers will be able to preview the devices in select stores beginning Aug. 18. We look forward to current and new U.S. Cellular customers using these smartphones on our high-quality network with national coverage. More details on the devices are in the release below. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Both of the new Samsung phones should be available from the usual retail suspects, and buying a GSM unlocked version will be easy in most worldwide markets (and at least possible in the US, if you do a little digging). Best Buy already has listings for some of the carrier variants posted to its website, and this promotional page says that customers will get a guaranteed $200 gift card with any smartphone trade-in when buying the new phones. Preview models will be in stores starting tomorrow.
