Welcome to the latest entry in our Bonus Round series, wherein we tell you all about the new Android games of the day that we couldn't get to during our regular news rounds. Consider this a quick update for the dedicated gamers who can't wait for our bi-weekly roundups, and don't want to wade through a whole day's worth of news just to get their pixelated fix. Today we've got a unique puzzle game, a casual take on Risk, and another Noodlecake shooter-platformer. Without further ado:

Tetrobot and Co.

Tetrobot is a mixture of sliding block puzzles and platforming elements with a unique aesthetic. Most of the mobile-friendly stages are solved with only a few movements or adjustments, but as new environments and tools are added, things get increasingly complex. The 2D graphics and simple story are appealing - you're a tiny robot inside a giant robot trying to fix it - and puzzle fans should find plenty to enjoy across more than 50 levels.

Tetrobot and Co. is a pure puzzle game, created by a team of puzzle lovers for players looking to give their mind a workout. Guide the microscopic Psychobot inside Tetrobot’s gears and circuits: by absorbing blocks of matter and throwing them around, you can fix everything. Due to its accessible nature Tetrobot and Co. is a game for all to play. But you'll need to keep your mind sharp if you want to complete its most advanced puzzles.

World Wars

Want some Risk-style turn-based strategy in the visual style of Advance Wars? Then World Wars is happy to oblige. This is actually a mobile version of an online Flash game. Select your troops, select a territory to advance into, and a dice mechanic will determine defense and attack. You'll have to carefully select territories to invade - it's easy enough to expand in a single turn, but you'll quickly be overwhelmed if you spread your forces too thin. World Wars is free with no in-app purchases.

Ever dreamed of conquering the world? Our FREE Turn-based strategy game World Wars will turn you into a hardened military genius and a conquering hero, and you’ll have fun along the way. March your infantry and send your tanks against formidable, battle-trained AI generals. The maps and deployments are randomly generated, so you’re guaranteed a unique experience every game. Enlist today. World Wars wants YOU.

Random Heroes 3

Noodlecake is back for one more go-round on the Random Heroes shooter-platformer carrousel. This one doesn't seem to have any particularly notable improvements over previous iterations: though it has more goofy characters, it also has slightly fewer levels. The combination of a paid game (albeit at a relatively low price of $1) and steep in-app purchases also remains intact.

Alien scum are invading earth one last time. A group of unlikely heroes are set out to save the world once and for all. From the creators of League of Evil and Devious Dungeon comes Ravenous Games' newest title: Random Heroes 3.
