Are you willing to exercise to get in shape? I see some of you nodding your heads, but others look like they need more motivation. What if missiles were flying towards you? What if the fate of the world depended on you throwing just five more punches or hanging in there long enough for three more of your best push-ups? If that's the kind of incentive you need to start burning those calories, then developer Six to Start has the app for you.

7-Minute Superhero Workout gives users the kind of heart-pumping, jeopardy-based stimulation we've seen in previous releases Zombies, Run! and The Walk. This time instead of running or walking, Six to Start pushes you to perform the various exercises found in the 7-minute workout. But you won't just go through the usual routine with an audio track playing in the background. There are a dozen different workouts and over 40 exercises contained within the experience.

You may expect to have to keep the app in your hands or pockets to perform reps, but 7-Minute Superhero Workout actually uses your device's camera to monitor your performance. With Chromecast support, you don't have to keep your eyes glued to the phone or tablet, which can be a big plus for certain exercises. It can also make it easier for others to see just what kind of hero you really are.

You can save the day for $2.99. The cape isn't included, but you may be able to get by with putting your underwear on top of your pants. Just be sure to put on your good ones. The camera's watching, after all.
