Going to I/O this year and need something do to during your downtime? Lookout generally throws a little invite-only shindig for I/O attendees, and this year is no different. Just like the past couple of years, we've got 20 tickets to giveaway, which are good for one person plus a guest. Details:

When: Tuesday, June 24 at 7:30 pm

Where: Novela, 662 Mission Street, San Francisco, CA

What: Lookout's annual Google I/O kickoff party, "Hangout with Lookout." Drinks will start flowing at 7:30 pm at Novela in San Francisco and we'll have tasty food and awesome entertainment. Free giveaways for the first 200 who show up at the door (arrive early: we had a line around the block last year!). *Please note that this event is 21 and over.

Open bar, free food, giveaways...sounds pretty killer, right? Yeah. Even more bummed that I'm not going to I/O this year now. Anyway, about the contest.

Before we get into the details, a little disclaimer is in order:

This is for an entry to Lookout's party only. It's not a ticket to I/O. There are no travel arrangements provided. If you're not already going to I/O, please don't enter. If you win and don't show, we'll send the Goblin King to your house to eat your cat.

Got it? Fantastic. To get your name in the hat, you just need to give us a few details in the post comments:

  • How excited you are to party with Lookout
  • Why you love Lookout
  • What you're most excited about at this year's Google I/O conference

We're not looking for a written essay here – just a short answer to all the above questions will be fine. We're running this one till Thursday, June 12th at 11:59 PM PT. At that point, we'll randomly pick the winning 20.

Good luck, ladies and gents!
