Welcome to the latest entry in our Bonus Round series, wherein we tell you all about the new Android games of the day that we couldn't get to during our regular news rounds. Consider this a quick update for the dedicated gamers who can't wait for our bi-weekly roundups, and don't want to wade through a whole day's worth of news just to get their pixelated fix. Today we've got an official Candy Crush clone, a shapely puzzle game, and a game that lets you hone your sheep abduction skills. Without further ado:

Farm Heroes Saga

This here puzzle game would be notable even if it was only a Tetris knockoff, thanks to developer King of Candy Crush fame. And Farm Heroes Saga is essentially identical to that addictive little gem, combining the tried and true match-3 gameplay of Bejeweled with the addictive 3-star achievement system so common on mobile titles. Unfortunately to advance in the game you'll need to either shell out some real money or bug your friends on Facebook.

From the makers of the hit game Candy Crush Saga, comes Farm Heroes Saga! Switch and match the collectable cropsies in this fantastic adventure. Join forces with the Farm Heroes to stop Rancid the Raccoon from spoiling the precious farm lands. Switch and match three or more adorable cropsies to drive Rancid away for good! A farmtastic adventure filled with mixed fruit madness! Scrummy! Farm Heroes Saga is completely free to play but some in-game items such as extra moves or lives will require payment.

Division Cell

Liberty, fraternity, equality. These terms probably haven't been applied to sentient geometrical shapes, at least until now. Division Cell is yet another zen puzzler with a unique premise: get all the disparate shapes in the playing field to a uniform shape and size. You'll need to adjust your tactics for various rectangles, circles, rhomboids, and other detritus of the grade school math book. The game is just a dollar with no IAP.

--

In Division Cell, your task is to restore harmony and symmetry to an array of disorganized shapes. Take a trip with us to Flatland! Challenge yourself and your friends in an infinite world of shapes. Explore digital origami in the form of colorful and symmetrical patterns. With each new level, you are confronted with a group of shapes (rectangles, triangles and wedges), which must be manipulated and honed until they are of the same form. You only need to tap to play!

The Sheepening

What is it about sheep that seems to fascinate aliens? A couple of weeks ago we were defending sheep from alien invasion in TowerMadness, but in The Sheepening, things are more or less the other way around. You're a UFO who has humbly decided to help round up a bunch of wayward sheep across a 3D pixelated landscape a la Minecraft. You'll have to herd them like a flying Australian Shepherd, guiding their stupid, fluffy bodies across rough terrain and hazards. Again, the game is just a buck with no extra purchases.

--

Ever try to herd sheep... in a UFO!?! Now you can! Introducing The Sheepening, a new game from Logic Squid. When a mysterious object crashes from the Heavens, the sheep are scattered! Travel through different lands to help a lowly shepherd find & collect all his sheep friends. Discover special power ups and surmount dangerous hazards, guiding sheep to the pen. Play at a more relaxed pace in the Adventure Mode. Or test your skills in the grueling Time Attack Mode; compete against your best time!
