If Verizon's HTC One is your daily carry, good things are afoot: according to HTC Product Management Director @Moversi, the company has approved the 4.3 OTA and it should begin rolling out next week. This news comes roughly six weeks after HTC America President Jason Mackenzie stated that they company would need "more time to spin new [software] and re-test the 4.3 update," which was said to take approximately a month. Better late than never, I suppose.

VzW HTC One Owners: We have received Technical Approval from Verizon on the 4.3 MR! We expect the OTA to start early next week! Thank You!

This update should bring Sense 5.0 along with a slew of improvements to HTC's custom skin, as well as some other new features and general bug fixes. Once Verizon updates its support docs we should have a better idea of what to expect, so we'll be sure to let you know when that happens.
